I found both Neal and Christine to be extremely helpful with our needs and so very friendly, and they treat you like a person, not a number, which is very important! They take the time to visit while you wait, and just chit chat, which is awesome, as well as keeping me informed of what they were doing and found them to be very caring and honest! I had mentioned to Christine, that our Dakota wants to grow up to be a Ram some day, and she introduced me to Darrell, who was also super friendly and understanding! My husband lost his job in September, so when the time is right we for sure will have our Ram!! We got our Dakota here as well, and are very pleased with all the friendly staff and not to forget about when you need rides home and back again!
