We unfortunately ran into a few issues with the van but thanks to the amazing team, we have been accommodated and we'll taken care of. Though the situation is not ideal, knowing that we are in good hands and we'll looked after is making this experience the best it can be. I will most definitely recommend courtesy to anyone. Broke my radio, garbage on antenna I was looking to install a backup camera on my company vehicle and spoke to a service advisor who had expressed interest in dealing with me exclusivel I was looking to install a backup camera on my company vehicle and spoke to a service advisor who had expressed interest in dealing with me exclusively whenever I had an issue. He told me that the camera would need to be enabled via the radio electronic control unit, this made sense to me because I work in a similar industry. I made an appointment to have the vehicle serviced at Courtesy Chrysler (the dealership for which he works) the next day. After dropping the truck off and waiting 1.5 hours for a shuttle, I returned to work and after 6 hours received a call stating that the radio is broken (when I can say with much certainty that it was not) and a new one would be coming under warranty. The shuttle picked me up and took me to retrieve the truck, when I saw that someone had impaled their A&W sandwich wrapper on the cellular antenna as the service writer brought it around for me. If that had of happened at my location the technician who worked on it would have had quite a few questions to answer and may even have been written up. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of knowledge displayed by the technician and service advisor when it came to the issue. At one point they even called me and asked me where their own OEM harness terminated. I suspect the technician didn't find it because he didn't want to get dirty, and it would require a creeper to access. Adding insult to injury, what message do you think they were trying to send when I picked up my truck with garbage on it? More

Great experience My wife and I went in to look at a "new to us Jeep". As soon as we walked in the door we met Jim who let us take it for a drive. My wife knew what she wanted already and this jeep had it. Jim did not try and push the sale only came for a drive. We then sat down talked numbers, agreed on a reasonable price then was directed to David in the financing dept. My wife starving at the time gave David all the info that he needed told us to go eat and he would text when he was done. Under 1hour paper work was done and we where on our way. Thanks again to everyone that made what is usually a nightmare quick an simple. More
