Professional, efficient, and trustworthy! I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience with Courtesy Chrysler. I went into the dealership not anticipating how amazing this e I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience with Courtesy Chrysler. I went into the dealership not anticipating how amazing this experience would be for my 3 year old daughter and I. We were welcomed with beverages, suckers, toys and smiling faces. In fact she still asks if we can go back. I was introduced to a polite and professional salesman named Taylor. Through quick and clear communication I knew exactly what I wanted. Taylor and the staff were very accommodating and attentive to my needs. He went above and beyond to customize my 2015 Jeep Grande Cherokee to have everything that I wanted, yet still keep it within my budget. I still can't believe the finished product! I was transferred to the finance department where Ryan was equally as professional and welcoming. Ryan made the financing a stress free process to purchase my beautiful new car. At no point did I feel any pressure or obligations. I did appreciate his professional opinion on what he thought would best suit my needs. Another great experience in the purchasing process! Overall this was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. I appreciate the high level of service that was provided by you.
