Looking for a new vehicle.... Don't waste your time here! I went into this dealership today, wanting to test drive the Compass. A salesman approached rather quickly, introduced himself and brought me to an office. After providing the basics of my License, he got on the computer and followed a series of questions. My five likes of my current vehicle. My five dislikes of the current vehicle. What I am looking for in the new vehicle and my budget. He told me to rate my experience, based on our conversation and gave me a survey to fillout, while he goes to talk to the boss and pick-up the keys. He also asked me if I'd like to look at the Grand Cheeroke, to have something to compare it with, I agreed. First of all, other than having a basic conversation of what I was looking for, how can you evaluate someone for checking boxes off on a computer. Set-up a kiosk in the office and I could do the same thing in less time. The service is where he failed. He returned to tell me the vehicle I wanted to drive, had no fluids and I should book an appointment to come back. Really??? An appointment??? Since when are salesman Doctors. I book an appointment to see my Dentist, my Chiropractor, my Optometrist. I'm not booking an appointment, to spend thirty grand on a purchase. Hmmm, if I wanted to provide a great service for a future customer, I would have come back with something to test drive, they both can't be without fluids. Now I remember why I didn't buy a Jeep last time! It's amazing how easy sales can be, if you give your clients what they are looking for. In this case something to show you tried. More

Maria originally greeted me when I came to visit you guys on sat and she was very warm and welcoming if it wasn't for her sweet words and personality I wouldn't have came back. After spending time test driving jeep I was ready to sit down and crunch numbers. She handed me off to Darell and he was so pushy and wanted to rush me I felt really uncertain about you guys! So I left. Maria took It in to get own hand and called me back apologizing for Darrel and I came back in and finished what I started. Maria is very good with people 5 star Darell should find another profession not professional at all!!!!!!!! Kind of an xxxxxxx!!!! More

RECALL AND ROUTINE SERVICE The service centre opened right a 7:00 am and I had my vehicle checked in for my service appointment and was on my way in 5 minutes. My service work The service centre opened right a 7:00 am and I had my vehicle checked in for my service appointment and was on my way in 5 minutes. My service work was completed by 1:10 and I was notified I could pick my vehicle up. When I went to pick my vehicle up it was brought to the front and had been washed (which is a great touch). It took only about 5 minutes again to pay for and pick up my vehicle. The service advisor Mike Colangeli was friendly and professional and had me on my way both times to day quickly and efficiently. More

Courtesy Collision Centre Review I dealt with Tonjia Feltham at the Courtesy Collision Centre here in Calgary. I was given their name by a Ford Credit Canada and our office manager I dealt with Tonjia Feltham at the Courtesy Collision Centre here in Calgary. I was given their name by a Ford Credit Canada and our office manager who also had dealings with this company. They were both efficient and professional, along with a very caring attitude. They were helpful, honest, and I now will recommend them to anyone needing any type of body work on their vehicle. They walked me through the process and kept me informed on how they were proceeding. Although our vehicle was not repairable the staff went above and beyond to get our vehicle to their site, and make it available for us to retrieve all of our materials and tools.
