Excellent customer service Amber was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable and she provided excellent customer service. I added a remote start to my car two days ago and Amber helped me and answered all my questions and concerns and followed up. After the installation, I did not know the tech changed the climate mode of my car and I thought something wrong with the A/C. Therefore, I contacted Amber again and she helped me and talked to the technician and let them tested my car again. They did not find anything wrong with the A/C and apparently it was me who did not know about my car (please forgive me because I am a car newbie). I am truly thankful that they tested my again for free. Moreover, the shuttle bus drivers are very polite and friendly too. Thank you all the staff who helped and served me and I will strongly recommend this dealership to my friends. More

Something didn't feel right Went to buy a vehicle, almost bought it, and dropped the deal last minute. I'll try to give the cut down version as there is a lot to the story. We Went to buy a vehicle, almost bought it, and dropped the deal last minute. I'll try to give the cut down version as there is a lot to the story. We received a call from Ariel about coming in to look at a Jeep Cherokee a few weeks ago as my friend and I were in the Courtesy dealership back in the summer of 2015. I had told Ariel that we were not currently in the market for a vehicle as my wife was on maternity leave and that we would revisit looking at SUV's next year. Ariel convinced us to at least come down and see if something can be worked out. The initial meeting went fantastic. Ariel was very personable and friendly. We went through what we were looking for in a vehicle and were very surprised to see him bring a vehicle he thought would work in our price range. Everything seemed perfect until we came back from the test drive to find out that the vehicle was indeed over our price range and that when we come back the next day to think of features we would like to cut off so we can fit the vehicle in our budget. We came back the next day and saw a base model Cherokee sitting there with our names on it. We were not happy with it as we were looking for more features on a vehicle than we currently had. We told Darrell when we returned that we didn't want to buy a SUV for the sake of buying a SUV and we were comfortable in our current situation. We were about to walk out as we felt there would be nothing else they could do before Darrell asked if he could do one more thing and he checked into what he had and gave me his best possible price on a Cherokee Limited model which ended up only being $10 bi-weekly over our budget which we said we could live with. He was very up front and honest with us and we left the dealership happy and excited as we didn't think we could get a vehicle like that with our budget. That is where everything started going downhill after that. After doing some investigating, I figured out that the Limited model he showed us on paper didn't have a sun roof. I ball parked a figure to be somewhere around $10 more bi-weekly which we could live with. However when we came back, we found that the vehicle would actually be $20-25 more biweekly just for the sunroof. We decided to trade in a different car for family purposes, and ended up getting a really low trade value for it. Knowing that we need an SUV and need to sell that vehicle soon due to some big work needed to be done on it, we decided to do the deal after a long drawn out process. We met with Ed briefly and were very happy with the stuff he offered us off the bat and took it right away. We were told to come back in a couple days and pick up the vehicle. Happy ending right? No, it gets worse... We come back to pick up the vehicle. We see the vehicle we picked and it looks beautiful but it has one problem. New cars don't come with over 1,000km on it already! Ariel tried to blow it off to my wife and I saying that it was probably switched from store to store. After speaking to Ed about it, he also tried to blow it off saying he has seen new vehicles with 2,500km on it. After my wife continued to complain about it, Darrell looked into it and saw that they had actually received the vehicle less than a month ago with only 17km on it! Darrell apologized and said that thankfully they had the same exact vehicle in the same color with 25km and would give us that instead and we would have to come back on a later date to pick it up. Crisis averted but wait, it gets worse. We needed to pay off the other car loans to make this work, so it was suggested to us to take a "cash advance" on the loan at 0% no interest to pay off our vehicles. Fantastic idea! However after looking at the bill of sale, we noticed that we are actually getting charged 5% GST on the cash back. But hey, at least it is still at 0%. When we signed the papers we were told that everything would be at 0%. We find out after that with the money they were giving us, the trade went into the vehicle and not towards the loan, so that meant we had to use more of our savings that we didn't want to do to pay off our old vehicle. Hesitant, we decided to proceed, but not feeling good knowing we are using up way more of our savings than we had hoped just to make this deal work. We were not excited about this deal anymore. If anything, we felt uneasy and pressured into it. The vehicle was great and had everything we wanted in a vehicle. After we got home, we reviewed the paperwork that we had just signed to notice we are paying 0.44% on our car loan and not the 0% that was promised to us. We were absolutely livid! We went back to the dealership on the day we were supposed to pick up our "new" car and after they gave my wife a bit of attitude, we said forget it. Too many things that were not disclosed to us to begin with, and we were lead to believe one thing to then find out it was actually something else. The whole deal went sour and now we will never deal with Courtesy Chrysler again. Ultimately, this deal fell apart due to lack of communication and disclosure on what we were getting ourselves into. We felt like we were extremely stretched out by the end of the deal. Now that we have cancelled out on the deal, I can honestly say I feel 110% better about it like a whole world of stress has been taken off my shoulders. Please don't let this review reflect negatively on Darrell, Ed, and Ariel as they are all very nice people and I have no ill feeling towards them. Just the overall experience and how it all played out was unfortunately horrific. More

So far, I have had the best service in the business. Tim Puddifant, our sales guy, was by far the best. He has made the experience enjoyable for all my family. We unfortunately ran into a few issues with the van but thanks to the amazing team, we have been accommodated and we'll taken care of. Though the situation is not ideal, knowing that we are in good hands and we'll looked after is making this experience the best it can be. I will most definitely recommend courtesy to anyone. Great team. Thanks to Ryan for helping with the financing. Thanks to Lanette for running around to help out with our transportation arrangement. Thanks to Collin for helping us while we were rethinking the color choice. And the greatest thanks to Tim for everything. More
