The diagnosis of the oil leak on my truck was done quickly, and the required repairs were quoted and explained to me clearly over the phone. In addition to the repair, I was able to have my routine service done at the same time along with a couple smaller maintenance items. I found both Neal and Christine to be extremely helpful with our needs and so very friendly, and they treat you like a person, not a number, which is very important! They take the time to visit while you wait, and just chit chat, which is awesome, as well as keeping me informed of what they were doing and found them to be very caring and honest! I had mentioned to Christine, that our Dakota wants to grow up to be a Ram some day, and she introduced me to Darrell, who was also super friendly and understanding! My husband lost his job in September, so when the time is right we for sure will have our Ram!! We got our Dakota here as well, and are very pleased with all the friendly staff and not to forget about when you need rides home and back again! Splendid service, and we always tell friends to go there for whatever their needs!! Cannot say enough about them!! More
