We’ve had good service from this dealership for the most part. Had an oil change today and the tech who checked the cabin filter left a big dirty mess on the seat and dashboard. We were able to flag someone down to take a look at it and they eventually cleaned it up but made a backhanded comment implying we were being too picky. More

I only come here for the free oil change because it takes 5 hours to change my oil apparently, I wouldn’t wanna do anything else on top of that , my truck would be in the shop for days otherwise.
