Clinton explained everything thoroughly. When they ordered the wrong tire size, he quickly got the proper ones delivered. Getting the 4th tire free on the promotion helps with cost. BUYER BEWARE! I highly recommend NOT purchasing any vehicle from this Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership or any others to be honest with you. I purchased 2 vehic I highly recommend NOT purchasing any vehicle from this Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership or any others to be honest with you. I purchased 2 vehicles from Courtesy Chrysler back in 2022, a Chrysler Pacifica Touring L, and a Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel. Both vehicles have had numerous warranty issues, bringing me to the dealership every 2-3 weeks for the past 3 years without resolution. Many issues were ignored, and frequently noted with comments such as "Mechanic could not reproduce issue". To this day in both vehicles the "infotainment" system frequently does not work, either never turning on, to freezing, frequent rebooting randomly, apps not working, radio not working, etc. My truck frequently "jumps" ahead when braking, the windshield wipers control the lighting in the vehicle, and the van has even more issues such as the backup cameras not working, infotainment system not working, DVD players constantly freezing or turning off, speakers not working randomly. I could go on with the number of "broken" items in the Pacifica van. The service department on multiple occasions returned the vehicles to us damaged. Once the van was returned with a smashed windshield, and another time the truck was returned with a massive dent in the side panel. Both of these issues were fixed at no cost, but required multiple days without a vehicle as they were fixing the new issues they caused. To top this off, over the past 3 years I have detailed service records of what they have been trying to fix, usually with no resolution, and as soon as the warranty ended on the van, I brought it back for them to attempt to fix the reverse cameras yet again, and this time they found the issue! Finally after years of trying, they found something as soon as the warranty ended, and are now asking for more than $1,000 to fix this issue. This comes after their service manager promised that even after the warranty is over on this van and truck, they are committed to fixing the existing issues under warranty. This dealership and Dodge themselves are running warranty scams, and I suggest purchasing any other brand. My next preference (and previous preference) is going to Ford. Buyer beware! Don't waste your money here, for purchasing any new vehicle OR ANY service from the service department. More

I brought my 2017 dodge grand caravan into the dealership due to a leak in the radiator. I spoke to Brian Madrid. I found him to be extremely personable and professional. He explained the necessary procedur due to a leak in the radiator. I spoke to Brian Madrid. I found him to be extremely personable and professional. He explained the necessary procedures that were required and approximately time required. He booked the appointment for the next day as I need the vehicle for family needs. The repairs were completed and the vehicle washed in the time limit required. With the service that Brian provided I would say that he shines a good light on your dealership. I will defiantly be returning to do further business at your dealership. More
I booked a waiting appointment thinking it would take a couple hours at most with a wash. Oil change and tire rotation for 12:30. I wasn’t aware there was a back up or shortage of techs. 2:30 comes around couple hours at most with a wash. Oil change and tire rotation for 12:30. I wasn’t aware there was a back up or shortage of techs. 2:30 comes around and my service advisor walks up to me and I assume was to tell me it was done. He says that the vehicle hasn’t even been in the shop yet. I was shocked. I used to work in service at a different dealership and to wait 2 hours to tell someone their vehicle hasn’t even went in when they’re waiting there was unacceptable. Let alone didn’t offer anything ant that time like a ride or vehicle and was sort of a tough luck and may take another 2 hours until it’s finished. I ended up coming up to the desk to ask myself if I could get a vehicle or something as I had things to do. He said there’s no vehicles but I could take an uber. His reasoning for not letting me know sooner was that he couldn’t get away from his desk. At that point, call the customer after half an hour of it not getting in so they can make a decision whether to stay or re book. It got done 3.5 hours later without a wash which could have been done the 2.5 hours it was sitting there before going in. I wasn’t impressed with the lack of accountability of not being told way sooner, and that something wasn’t offered at the time of being told. This wasn’t the first time I’ve dealt with something at the dealership. I felt it wasn’t handled well, I won’t be back to this service department and will be going else where going forward.
