Dishonest-Disrespectful with client that don’t agree on their terms of sale. worst part is that they don’t present terms & conditions before placing non refundable deposit and if you end up not using their their terms of sale. worst part is that they don’t present terms & conditions before placing non refundable deposit and if you end up not using their bank interest rate 10 % ( with credit score of 890 ) on new vehicle, they change pricing of vehicle. We will no longer be bringing our fleet of service trucks to this dealership. The are constantly missing deadlines and blaming there counterparts at the dealer when they do. We are sick of the « mechanics can’t fix something if there isn’t a active fault code ». They do not seem To have the mechanics capable of critical thinking to diagnose and forward think. They are computer mechanics and that’s it. I am only speaking for the diesel mechanics, I have had no experience with there gas/auto mechanics. It’s unfourtunate we can not rely on this dealer as they are the closest to our home base, but after the last few experiences we are more then willing to drive further to a more capable dealer. More

Recently purchased a used veh. Went in asking to adjust low beams as they were quite a bit off. Told me I needed a new air filter and the high beams were fine! Bought a truck off these guys, they drove the vehicle down to me in bc. Only 29k on vehicle, tires were garbage and needed replacing especially for winter driving. I'd expect a vehicle to have tires equi down to me in bc. Only 29k on vehicle, tires were garbage and needed replacing especially for winter driving. Seemed to.me.that the tires must have been swapped out with how low the tread was but of course I can't prove this. Also.... Who sells a vehicle with tires like this. I could not come see the vehicle as I was out of province but so be it. Also beware on what trade in value they give you as it surely won't be fair. More
