Courtesy Chrysler’s Service Department is world class - I had a mechanical issue with my RAM late on a Friday. I had my vehicle in for an oil change a week and a half ago. When I book the appointment, they showed two vehicles on my profile. I advised them I had sold one and asked them to remove it. They were 45 mi ago. When I book the appointment, they showed two vehicles on my profile. I advised them I had sold one and asked them to remove it. They were 45 minutes longer doing the oil change then they said they would and they didn’t reset the vehicle at the end of it so I have to make another trip back to have the message on the vehicle reset because it is still telling me I need an oil change now. This is the second time I’ve had to do this with this dealership. When I called today to book a new appointment to have the oil change reading reset they still showed two vehicles on the profile so even though they told me last time, they deleted one it shows today that they did not. The person booking the appointment today said he has deleted it. I will check this later in the week when I go in for the appointment to see if it was actually done this time. I’m also having two screws replaced on the console that have jiggled their way out on their own. They were supposed to do this last time, but they ran out of time because they overbooked appointments so now I’m having to go back a second time to have the work done. The staff at the dealership are all very nice and polite. It seems that people booking the appointments, though are overbooking and not leaving enough time to get the work done which causes delays and multiple appointments for the customers are coming in. This does not lead to the best customer service. Especially when I have to take time out of my work week to get the work done because I can’t do it on a Saturday as the correct technicians do not work weekends. Hoping for a better experience this week when I take my vehicle in. More
