I took the vehicle in for a check due to a vibration I suspected was in the powertrain. I gave a very detailed account of the symptoms. The technicians diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing which was replaced under warranty. However, this replacement required a wheel alignment that I needed to pay for. The alignment was only required as the steering knuckle had been disconnected to facilitate the warranty wheel bearing replacement. As expected, the wheel bearing replacement did not rectify the concern I had taken the truck in for so I am out of pocket and no further ahead. More
