Unbelievably friendly and professional. I walked into the Mazda dealership with a cheque from ICBC and I was in a lot of pain from my recent car accident. Chantelle bent over backwards to make my sale work for me, and it was challenging. She drove me to the bank, she called an ICBC rep in to do my insurance policy at the dealership. She was kind and worked hard in order for me to take the vehicle I wanted home with me. I am on a disability pension and had very limited resources. With some creative financial management and some support from Chantelle she made it happen. Chad was as professional as they come. This dealership has a very good reputation. I have mentioned them to everyone of my friends already and they have a 1-month return policy, which gives me ample time to decide if this vehicle is going to meet my needs, and I have many. Incidentally, everyone that I have mentioned to that the dealership was fantastic, said that they had already heard that. Keep it going Mazda. It's such a relief from the old way of doing things. The comfortable leather couches in front of the giant sized fire place was an added touch and I read while Chantelle made the purchase of my vehicle happen for me. Thanks Mazda, big thumgs up! More

Fair price, friendly people, low pressure sales My wife and I saw a car online that we were interested in. We contacted Barry Harris who worked hard to have the car ready to show us upon arrival. Barry was very low pressure and very knowledgeable about our car. We then dealt with Corey and purchased the car.Chad was very informative about the financial aspects of the deal. After we had made the deal and headed home we discovered the wipers needed changing. When we got home we phoned Corey and he immediately agreed to replace the wiper blades. This experience was very comfortable from start to finish. Thanks to Corey and Barry (even though he is a Montreal Canadians fan) for an easy purchase.
