Went in for free gas card left with a new car Went in to get a free gas card, that's when I ment Dylan and Riley. They both were very friendly and informative. When they heard how much my interes Went in to get a free gas card, that's when I ment Dylan and Riley. They both were very friendly and informative. When they heard how much my interest rate was for my car they worked hard to help me get a lower rate. By the end of it all I left Mazda with a new 2015 Ford Escape with a 5% lower interest rate. In my personal opinion I feel like they went above and beyond what I expected and will be back the next time I'm in the market for a new car. More

Gaye Williams gave me knowledgeable advice and followed up. No pressure, just a really good learning (and test drive) experience with an informed and enthusiastic product representative. Gaye knows vehicles and driving, and her overall knowledge as well as her product knowledge shines through. My only reason for giving Courtenay Mazda 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because I didn't buy, at least this go-round, so I can't assess a "complete buying experience". But the time there helped me zero in on my own decision criteria, and that is a large part of what a good sales experience should be about. I'd certainly recommend Courtenay Mazda - sound dealership, excellent representative. More
