Started out great, went downhill quickly. I was very excited to purchase my 2016 CX-5, however, shortly after receiving the vehicle the service from the dealership deteriorated quickly. Afterc I was very excited to purchase my 2016 CX-5, however, shortly after receiving the vehicle the service from the dealership deteriorated quickly. Aftercare with this dealership is horrible. Never received a phonecall, email, text or anything asking how the new purchase was. I started having some problems with the service department and they refused to assist me with the issues I was bringing forward. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. I sent an email to the Dealer Principal, Corey, and never heard back from him either. Finally I took my vehicle to Campbell River for servicing and they were more than helpful. Campbell River will now have my current and all future business. Be cautious when dealing with this dealership, especially after your purchase is complete. More

Great service from start to finish I talked to Mazda Mike in December and he filled me in on the Mazda CX3 and took time out to give me an impromptu test drive. My wife and I came into I talked to Mazda Mike in December and he filled me in on the Mazda CX3 and took time out to give me an impromptu test drive. My wife and I came into the dealership at the beginning of the last promo and Mike new exactly what we wanted. Both Mike and Chad made the whole procedure easy and pleasant.
