I bought a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid on Feb 28 from Country Hills Toyota, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. I dealt with Daniel Joung and Daniel Lee, and unfortunately, Country Hills Toyota, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. I dealt with Daniel Joung and Daniel Lee, and unfortunately, things did not go as expected. • Price Discrepancies: The price I was quoted was different from what we had originally discussed. Their own paper copy, which I had a photo of, showed a price that was more than $1,100 higher than what was agreed upon. I was told the tax would be lower because of my trade-in, but when I picked up the vehicle, they charged me the higher amount. I argued with Daniel Lee and Daniel Joung, explaining that I was clearly told the trade-in would lower the price of taxes, but Daniel Lee claimed there was nothing he could do. It was frustrating to feel misinformed and dismissed. I have ended up paying more for actual vehicle based on their own way of calculation. • Warranty Issues: I added a 4-year extended warranty (one additional year beyond the manufacturer’s 3-year warranty). I was told that purchasing this warranty would allow me to service the car at other Toyota dealerships. However, when I got home and reviewed the paperwork, it only showed a 3-year warranty with no extended coverage. Daniel lee rushed me to sign the papers quickly, and I now regret not reading them more carefully. I have reached out to Daniel Joung about this issue, but let me know that no warranty was added apparently I've declined while I asked Daniel Joung to make sure warranty was added on the price. I know how important it is to add warranty Daniel Lee was extremely unprofessional and didn’t seem interested in resolving my concerns. With so many other Toyota dealerships out there, I highly recommend you avoid this one. More

Your sales manager Faziel was trying to sell us a grand highlander for above MSRP, which I found to be very predatory. We where in need of a new car as our old one was written off but to ask $10k above MSRP and then be told we’ll either that or wait a year for one seemed like a very shady business tactic. I’m going to assume it comes from the top down as a don’t see a sales manager making a decision like that on their own. All I wanted to say was do better, it’s a xxxxty time in the world for a lot of people and buying a car is a big purchase for most people, we bought our Lexus and paid below MSRP and we were treated like human beings. I’m aware this will more then likely fall on deaf ears but I’m hoping one day when the market flips back to the consumer being in control again your business suffers for you shady business tactics. I had been struggling for the past one month to get a warranty work completed on my Toyota Highlander. I had called service department for almost 15 times, went to the shop and talked to service represen warranty work completed on my Toyota Highlander. After a month I decided to post this message for the general public not to give them five star because of lavish 5star waiting room but to be honest when it comes to giving them 5 star review. They have tried to withdraw your money by any means even if your car has an issue or not. Still used their maintenance service until I recognized a problem from them. Your car will never be perfect when bringing it to them. They will draw that you have to do this or do that and the bill will go up. Sometimes, you may meet a rude staff that my wife and I used to. It looks like they do not need customers. I do not recommend people use their service. Good luck. They may also treat you when you go to their shop, and select a fancy car (I mentioned about options on the car). You deal with a staff, book an appointment back to get a car. If you do not take a pic or write them down. You may receive a cheaper car that they change all the options you saw before. The price of them is around 3k. It is my wife’s story. More
