Very dishonest, lying to get people into the door. Was told the corolla hybrid le coming in would be 32-33k all in. When i come in to give a deposit it’s 40k?? and the add ons like extended warranty can’t be removed. A fluctuation of price this big should always be mentioned to the customer, especially when they mention they’re paying cash. Will not be going back! also, the financial services manager should know that people are not fools and aware of profit margins and why add one suddenly became “fixed” More
I had a 7:30 AM recall appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half because I was not informed—or perhaps did not hear—that my tag needed to be given to staff. When I asked for help, a female employ an hour and a half because I was not informed—or perhaps did not hear—that my tag needed to be given to staff. When I asked for help, a female employee’s tone was condescending, arrogant, and completely unacceptable, insisting I should have known the procedure from signs I never saw. As a result, I left frustrated and will not be purchasing a vehicle from Country Hills Toyota. They just lost a potential customer due to poor service. More
Definitely Brian did his wrost at sales, lacking respect. Honestly, professionalism, never ever trust this dealership, you'll be sorry that you ever trusted him. Not a great salesperson, overpriced and high Honestly, professionalism, never ever trust this dealership, you'll be sorry that you ever trusted him. Not a great salesperson, overpriced and high pressure, losing customer trust and confidence 👍. Using toyota name to sell junk used cars. Did you roll back the odometer? You loose, sale, trade and new car purchase? Be careful folks try Facebook and a good mechanic you'll save thousands of dollars. They mark up lenders fees, are vins actually real ? Scamming new customers is not good business Brian. More

Gary Wong assisted me at the service desk—he was courteous, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. His calm and helpful demeanor made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. While waiting, I was able to enjoy a coffee in the lounge, which was a nice touch and made the experience even more comfortable. Since Farouk wasn't in until later in the day, another team member, Samer Safadi, took the time to speak with me. He answered my questions and also shared how much he enjoys working at Country Hills Toyota—which really stood out. It’s always great to hear when employees are genuinely happy at their workplace. I’ll be returning on June 6th to complete the service as part of my “Smart Care” package. Based on this visit, I can confidently say the staff here truly go the extra mile. This is customer service done right—and it’s clear that management genuinely cares about how customers are treated. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a great experience! More
Communication, especially listening skills zero to none. Prolonged wait time to only find out that sales person assumed what vehicle we wanted, not what we actually ordered. Not a single word or apology for Prolonged wait time to only find out that sales person assumed what vehicle we wanted, not what we actually ordered. Not a single word or apology for inconvenience or simply initiating conversation on what gone wrong. Not a single word to the client - how can we fix it for you. Classic behavior of salespeople going dead silent or start showing dismissive attitude toward clients who speak up and ask legitimate questions. Same day went across the street to another dealership and immediately been greeted with smile, handshake and offer of a glass of water. Salespeople happy to listen to what we are shopping for. No one pushing or rushing us into anything. Pure decent customer service. Experience with Toyota at this point is like going into a cheap, chaotic secondhand market, with people waiting around and staff eating lunch or shooting ball in the office. Prices of pre owned vehicles justified only with - Toyota never loses value, never breaks, same old lines. Thank you for opening our eyes that we can spend our money elsewhere with top car makers who respect their clients, their time and money. You won’t find this at Toyota, at least not that in Country Hills. More
Have had free oil changes on every Toyota vehicle I have ever owned from this COUTNRY HILLS TOYOTA dealership. Not today. Today 2 service advisors forced an ending to an 8 year relationship where I have h ever owned from this COUTNRY HILLS TOYOTA dealership. Not today. Today 2 service advisors forced an ending to an 8 year relationship where I have had 2 Toyota vehicles and 1 Lexus serviced exclusively. Brought my 2014 Tundra in for a routine oil change which has always been free as part of the sales agreement. But, because I had another scheduled service at a different dealership in the US while we were on holidays, the oil change service agreement has been nullified. To paraphrase, Why would I give you a free oil change when you pay someone else to do the work? That was the reason given by 2 service advisors today. What else was I supposed to do when the oil change service reminder keeps popping up and I am 3000 KM from home and in the middle of a 4 month trip? The truck was serviced at an authorized Toyota dealership in Mesa AZ. In an effort to squeeze $110.00 on an oil change, 2 service advisors have cost this dealership several hundred thousand dollars in future vehicle purchases and related service revenue. Hope it was worth it. I guess agreements don't really mean anything to this dealership. More
