This is my first time using the Service department at Country Hills Nissan and I wasn't disappointed! My repair was a bit out of the norm. Be wary of PRE OWNED vehicles sold here. A warning to check everything about the vehicle before you drive it off the lot. Recently purchased a used Nissan platinum. Oil need changing within A warning to check everything about the vehicle before you drive it off the lot. Recently purchased a used Nissan platinum. Oil need changing within 500 km. Engine oil filter and cabin filter were black as mud. One of the four tires was so threadbare, Costco would not put it back on the vehicle and deemed it unsafe to drive. The brakes were paper thin and our Mechanic said maybe you’ll get two weeks out of them. The saddest part is Nissan did their legal responsibility and each of these issues Were barely passible according to Alberta law. They didn’t care that the customer had to do almost $4000 worth of work To bring it to safety standard that would carry us through another year at least. There were other small issues that we did not notice on purchase. Again, I say inspect your Preowned vehicle very well as Countryhills NISSAN will do the bare minimum. Definitely would not recommend to buy a used vehicle here More
