No pressure tactics, no demanding "down payment" to "hold" vehicle until we could get there to see it and then fight to get it back. Stopped in Country Hills Mazda, Moe was great ! Moe took the time, was most helpful and really seemed sincere. Took the car for test drive- negotiated, came to an agreement and purchased. Both the sales team and financing dept were transparent about pricing, exploring different finance scenarios and made the entire process comfortable- no stress, no regret. Never felt uneasy, rushed or manipulated. I read some of the reviews and was worried but then realized people are more prone to sharing bad experiences than good ones, so I took it with a grain of salt.
