After arriving, Ray, my service advisor, asked me about my visit. I indicated that I was there to have a regular scheduled oil change, have the driver side door handle fixed and that I had recently noticed my visit. I indicated that I was there to have a regular scheduled oil change, have the driver side door handle fixed and that I had recently noticed an oil smell from the engine. Ray, said he would check on the oil smell and the availability of the door handle. He then invited me to wait in the show room while the service was complete. After 30 minutes, Ray said the service had been completed and that I would need to bring the car back in 2 days to have some needed part installed. Every item has now been completed to my satisfaction. 👍👍👍 More
