Once I saw my car on inventory I questioned them (because they didn't even called me). They wanted me to pay an EXTRA of $3000 if I wanted to have the car. One of the worst dealers I have dealt with. This was my second attempt the buy a car from them. A few months earlier I dropped by to get a quote and the sales person refused to give me a quote and kept pushing me another car that was on the lot. After 20 min I left. More
Terrible experience, full of disappointment, dishonesty, and frustration, don't waste your time or hard earned money here. No confirmation of how much I wanted to put down, but then now I owe on my bill and frustration, don't waste your time or hard earned money here. No confirmation of how much I wanted to put down, but then now I owe on my bill of sale, and a bunch of added on protection items that were declined with the salesperson, but then added in with Eddie the finance manager. Fought to get the right price, only to show up on possession day and everything is completely different with no explanation as to why, that's just the way it is. Wild that people still choose to buy cars here. More
Country Hills Hyundai have been the worst of all. Always upselling and few advisors have straight up face and not welcoming. I mean if you can't even say Good Morning, then why are you even in custom Always upselling and few advisors have straight up face and not welcoming. I bought a 2020 hyundai kona, at 60k I needed to have the pistons replaced (recall work) then at 80k they replaced the short block (more recall work) fast forward to my vehicle hitting 100k the engine seized pistons replaced (recall work) then at 80k they replaced the short block (more recall work) fast forward to my vehicle hitting 100k the engine seized and they said I have no warranty left due to the kms when I was told that my warranty reset with the new short block that was installed. Called to see what could be done and the service department told me that I would have to pay to have the vehicle assessed as if they don't know this vehicle is known for having engine issues. They sold me a lemon knowing that the engine was faulty. Now I have a dead vehicle that I am still making payments on that hyundai refuses to fix, but what they will do is charge me $200+/hr to look at the vehicle, send pictures off to hyundai canada and then see if they can fix my engine off of good faith. What a joke! Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
Dishonest, evading, and outright lies. Went in to buy a used car, initially the salesmen seemed honest, but we could not find an acceptable vehicle. He asked if we would be willing to Went in to buy a used car, initially the salesmen seemed honest, but we could not find an acceptable vehicle. He asked if we would be willing to talk with his supervisor, I agreed. They found a car at country hills nissan that was perfect. That was the end of the good experience. I came in with an 8000.00 available down-payment and needed financing for the balance. I was told they offered a protection plan that included rust, sound, paint and upholstery protection for 3400 dollars. I agreed to it as I plan on owning the car for some time. When I asked more pointed questions about cost and financing the salesman told me the finance guy would explain it all, but they wanted me to get a bank draft for the full 8000 first so they could get a bonus. I thought it was kida funny, but they had so ar been good, so i obliged .When I got to the finance guy I noticed that the price for the plan was 5400 ,but assumed, foolishly that the 2000 overage would be deducted at the end of the contract. My wife asked if we could take the bill of sale and come back for the car on Monday after all the protection services were applied, Eddie said we'd get it when we pick up the car 2 days later. At that point I asked him if he was sure all the services could be performed in that short amount of time, he assured me yes, absolutely!. When I picked up the car 2 days later it was filthy, there were stains on the seats greasy fingerprints all over it and the glove box was filled with garbage, it even had a car rental agreement brochure in the glovey, the windows inside and out were filthy and a child's handprint was stained into the back passengers door. I immediately called the salesman Moe and sent him pictures of the mess. He claimed that had been having trouble with one of thier" guys" and was very apologetic, so I asked him how did you complete a interior protection plan without cleaning the car??? Now the alarm bells went off I looked under the vehicle and saw no new undercoat, so one can assume the none of the 5000 dollars of work was done . The salesmen gave me the old we'll make things right b.s. The next day I called again to ask when this was going to be done and got no real answer ,I then told the salesman, Moe, that I was coming back the next day to speak with him and Eddie the finance guy that didn't go over the contract with me in any way. It has been nearly 3 weeks and 5 phone calls and 2 to the sales manager and still no response.i contacted the service department that does the treatment sand they said they have a record that these services were performed on a day they DID NOT HAVE THE CAR. It was in my garage 20 kilometers away ,i have every conversation recorded. I'm going to see if this gets through to anyone at country hills Hyundai one last time. That will set the next course of action. I am also have a full cvt transmission service done at another shop as they have lost my trust, taken and signed me into a contract. Unfreakinbelivable. More
