Terrible Worst buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a dealer demo SantaFe limited sight unseen that included shipping to me, command start, all weather Worst buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a dealer demo SantaFe limited sight unseen that included shipping to me, command start, all weather mats, cargo liner government safety. Vehicle took over 20days to arrive to me. When it did arrive both front wheel wells were damaged, only had 1 key, no all weather mats, no government safety, windshield chipped and scratched in drivers line of sight. Took over 110 days by the time my vehicle was fixed. They paid to have the vehicle fixed but I still had the expense of taxi's, the cost of a real safety, cost to have the windshield fixed. During the process I was repeatedly lied to and they tried to push me away. If i wasn't persistent this would have cost me much much more. Never ever deal with these people without being at the dealer, and even then avoid at all costs. More

Good luck" Fynny.. they prefer to keep stock on the lot rather then make sale! Don't bother going to there. The Part dept. also doesn't know products and requires the VIN number for touch-up seems the color code isn't enough to them and when you gave them that, they can't find the VIN in the system!!!! Don't bother with these folks! When you buy a new car use the INTERNET go to all dealers and see who will win your deal! Good luck though. More

The staff at Country Hills Hyundai made it very enjoyable to test drive all types of SUVS. Not pushing us into anything! We were told that all 2016's were 0% financing for up to 84 months. So that's what sold us on to getting a new Tucson, but when it came to finalizing the deal we noticed it was NOT 0% for 84 months on all 2016's it was however 0% financing on the Tucson for only 48 months... So they definitely need to be more specific when telling customers about their deals... All in all...Spencer and Rich worked very well with us into getting us into a fully loaded brand new Tucson! More

From my understanding he is new hasn't been there that long he was very polite, courteous and a great guy to work with. Josh showed us a few different vehicles and answered any questions we had. Josh introduced us to Eddy to help get a good deal. Eddy was a great guy took time to figure out everything we needed he was very professional. Finance we dealt with Merianne she was very friendly didn't rush through things answered all questions explained things well she was very efficient. When we went to pick up our vehicle Nadeem went through everything with us top to bottom. Told us to push buttons ask questions and we did just that. He answered all questions. The back hatch on the vehicle wasn't working properly he asked if we wanted to leave it there and have it looked at or if we would like to bring it back on the Tuesday as Monday was a holiday. We decided to take it on the Tuesday. When my husband took it in they gave him a loaner vehicle right away Eddy came over and apologized for the inconvenience said they would get it taken care of right away. I would highly recommend checking out Country Hills Hyundai they really do treat you as one of their own and go that extra mile to make their customers Happy! It was a pleasure for us to have met such awesome people! THANKS ALOT Country Hills Hyundai for the great experience. We absolutely love the 2015 SantaFe and look forward to driving it.
