Great Place to Purchase a Vehicle and to have it Serviced I bought a 2017 Sante Fe just before Christmas. I dealt with Spencer Callaghan and he was awesome and continues to be awesome. After I purchased my vehicle the update for Apple Car Play was available and I was having a very difficult time trying to get the upload into my vehicle. Spencer did not hesitate to offer assistance and he drove to my house which is in Airdrie and helped me set up the Car Play, not only that he stayed for the duration of the download and made sure it was all running smoothly as it was supposed to. I cannot say enough of how appreciative I am of this kind of service. I have dealt with several other dealers before and never have I ever received the same. The great service doesn't stop at the purchase though, I have used the service centre here as well and they are outstanding. I was given top notch service and the service advisor was continually in contact with me keeping me informed of the process. Again, never have I ever received this from another dealership other than Hyundai. They sell great cars, have good honest, customer geared sales people and impeccable service centre people. What more do you need?? More

Awesome experience Went to check out a Santa Fe not intending to buy. I was in the show room looking at Santa Fe xl when a salesman who introduced him self as kelvin Ch Went to check out a Santa Fe not intending to buy. I was in the show room looking at Santa Fe xl when a salesman who introduced him self as kelvin Cheng asked if he could answer any questions we might have. We had a test drive in a new Santa Fe xl which I really liked. I wasn't wanting to buy a new one right away he showed me a used Santa Fe xl which we bought. I have to say we were not pressured into buying. Kelvin spent time and did not rush us into buying. He was very professional at his job which I hope country hills Hyundai recognize. I would recommend country hills Hyundai and especially kelvin Cheng if anyone is looking for anew or used vehicle. Alan .F More

Country Hills Hyundai I had an awesome experience at this Hyundai location when I purchased my newest vehicle. I dealt with Spencer Callaghan and he was awesome! I knew wha I had an awesome experience at this Hyundai location when I purchased my newest vehicle. I dealt with Spencer Callaghan and he was awesome! I knew what I wanted and I had a budget in mind. He had already gotten a car out of the lot and ready for me, but once he heard my budget and exactly what I wanted he picked out a different vehicle for me and it was perfect. I've been to other dealerships where if the dealer had already gone through the trouble of getting a car for me, he would say "Oh well, let's just take it for a spin" and it would just waste both of our time. Spencer didn't do that or pressure me in any way and I really appreciated that. He was easy to communicate back and forth with, both on the day I signed the papers as well as the days leading up to coming back in to see him. Everyone from the receptionists to the car dealers to the finance guys were great to deal with. Thanks again! More

Dishonest crooks The most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. By far the biggest scammers ever. Pathetic I bought a car from countryhills hyundai in may 2016. Theirlam service was exceptionally well, like the best in the world. Until... and I say again un I bought a car from countryhills hyundai in may 2016. Theirlam service was exceptionally well, like the best in the world. Until... and I say again until... they got everything signed from me. Theno they showed their true colours. They sold me a remote car starter for 1300cad and the same to my friend for 650cad. I asked for the difference back. No chance. Fought for 2 months, all in vain. 2nd experience, booked my 1st service. They charged me for 2nd. I did the survey on that. Got a call back on my bad survey for asking me the reason. I asked to call back as I am at work. Forget it. No one called back. Ended up paying for nothing. 3rd experience, they booked me for installing remote starter for 9am to 11am. It was 2.30pm, car not ready yet. I went to ask if it can be Lil faster, they offered me the key if I don't want to get it done. I have never experienced the rudeness ever at any given time. It was the finance manager Eddie. I believe, little or no hair, glasses. Very rude. Pathetic service. I asked to see a manager to bring the issue, he did not do anything about it. Just told me it's going to be an hour from now. The only person stayed calm and listened to me was the receptionist Kieu. Without her being there, I would have exploded on these rascals. Never ever buy any car from this country hills hyundai location. Hope this is an eye opener for many of you More
