Stay away from this dealership, they are dubious and bunch of liars. It takes them forever to figure out the problem of the car. They will charge you $200 for each diagnosis and still will not have a so bunch of liars. It takes them forever to figure out the problem of the car. We changed the battery and the car was not coming on. I took it to another mechanic who discovered that it was a an alternator problem, he fixed it and billed less than the amount I paid to Country Hills Hyundai for doing nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of service and follow up. My mom is a 72 year old senior who bought a 22 Kona. July 2022 she took the car in to have air conditioning serviced as it was not working. ( keep in mind this is a brand new 2022 Hyundai Kona ) Mom is still driving her car with no air conditioning and haven't heard any form of response for over 4 weeks. I have reached out to service supervisor, service manager and even head office with no response. This is disgusting service, especially for a senior. Mom has COPD and other respiratory health issues and desperately needs the cool air while driving. She has doctor appointments she needs to attend and social functions she wants to attend. How can it possibly take months to service air conditioning on a brand new car? How hard is it to keep in touch with the customer? Seniors should not be treated this way. More
My dealer bullied me into buying a car. I wasn’t ready to buy a car and he trapped me into buying it that day. I wanted to take the weekend and he wouldn’t have it. So I took my car to the dealership to have my brake fluid exchange , basic oil change service and recall. The day I was leaving ,no one told me my engine had a problem from the diagnostic done on my fluid exchange , basic oil change service and recall. The day I was leaving ,no one told me my engine had a problem from the diagnostic done on my car. Though the engine was sounding funny, I thought it might be due to oil change . (My first car, i have no clue about cars).One week later , 3rd time driving my car I noticed it jerk. Then I notice an icon on the dash board . I was told it's called an engine light. Now i take it back to the dealership ,I am told my car is bad and they are helping me file a claim. I am told the engine oil leaked out and it burnt from inside. Checking my driveway pad there is no oil leak on the floor. My car was perfectly fine before I took it in. They refuse to give a courtesy car Now I am left stranded , with no car to move around and incurring expenses. I am told I will be reached out to by Tuesday and there is no promise that my car can be fixed. Who does that! You mess up my car. Get the engine damaged and I am left with no car and no headway! Going back and forth!! I am told by Gangdeep the recall caused the mess in my engine and i will need to buy a new engine ". They keep giving me different stories. AMVIC is aware. Nightmare of a dealership!!! More
