Good luck" Fynny.. they prefer to keep stock on the lot rather then make sale! Don't bother going to there. The Part dept. also doesn't know products and requires the VIN number for touch-up seems the color code isn't enough to them and when you gave them that, they can't find the VIN in the system!!!! Don't bother with these folks! When you buy a new car use the INTERNET go to all dealers and see who will win your deal! Good luck though. More

The staff at Country Hills Hyundai made it very enjoyable to test drive all types of SUVS. Not pushing us into anything! We were told that all 2016's were 0% financing for up to 84 months. So that's what sold us on to getting a new Tucson, but when it came to finalizing the deal we noticed it was NOT 0% for 84 months on all 2016's it was however 0% financing on the Tucson for only 48 months... So they definitely need to be more specific when telling customers about their deals... All in all...Spencer and Rich worked very well with us into getting us into a fully loaded brand new Tucson! More

From my understanding he is new hasn't been there that long he was very polite, courteous and a great guy to work with. Josh showed us a few different vehicles and answered any questions we had. Josh introduced us to Eddy to help get a good deal. Eddy was a great guy took time to figure out everything we needed he was very professional. Finance we dealt with Merianne she was very friendly didn't rush through things answered all questions explained things well she was very efficient. When we went to pick up our vehicle Nadeem went through everything with us top to bottom. Told us to push buttons ask questions and we did just that. He answered all questions. The back hatch on the vehicle wasn't working properly he asked if we wanted to leave it there and have it looked at or if we would like to bring it back on the Tuesday as Monday was a holiday. We decided to take it on the Tuesday. When my husband took it in they gave him a loaner vehicle right away Eddy came over and apologized for the inconvenience said they would get it taken care of right away. I would highly recommend checking out Country Hills Hyundai they really do treat you as one of their own and go that extra mile to make their customers Happy! Although the buying experience was a little stressful at times as the price of the car changed a couple of times, we finally feel that we bought a good car at a good price. The salesman, Daniel, spent quite a bit of time with us during the buying process. He was very patient and helpful. Tin, who went through the finances with us was very efficient and did not rush us. He was willing to go over areas as needed. The car was ready when we arrived to pick it up and Nadeem went over it with us and answered our questions. We are looking forward to enjoying driving our 'new' car. More

I bought a brand new 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe sport limited, not the cheapest version available, and I recoeved it in less than the state I anticipated. 1-vehicle came in dirty or cleaned haphazardly 2-bubbles in 3M 3-stitching issues in seats 4-the main issue, NO SD card = no navigation! 5-they shipped the wrong sd card to Calgary Hyundai 6-wrong SD card fried my head unit, new service scheduled and new sd and head unit ordered 7-the unit is replaced, but alas, the sd card is the new one, not the base maps 8-now yet again a new card is getting ordered, another service trip. Worst of all, despite being in touch with Hyundai Canada via twitter, no one seems to care about my business. How did Hyundai either incorrectly train staff or lose items or finally not know how to properly rectify the issue? More

So when there is a problem they say we have good review to cover the issues. But when you have issues related to their promise or warranty or service damaged by the service department, watch out! They literally ask me to leave after buying the most expensive model in the dealership! Eddie Garcia lied about the 193km on a new Genesis Sedan $52,000 their flagship. Finance department Billy Tran and Tin Nguyen forced me buy tires and theft protection... even though I have it on insurance...they said its mandatory Service department gave me numerous runarounds, poor workmanship and damaged my car. Ted Lam General manager succumbs to bad behaviors to focus on sales generation. Service department Joey and Eddie Garcia refused service and kicked me out... I complained, but persist. Even though I made appointment for service and recall they forgot appointments and did not have a courtesy car for me. After taillight recall service, taillight stopped working the same day, stepping all over my leather seats plus silicone drippings. Replaced remote starter, 3M coating and tinted windows 3 times, and blame 3rd party installer. The dealer is the one who toke the money and when they need to be responsible the just give me Runarounds in different departments. Their "Flagship sedan" still Creaks and Rattles... I offer to show Ted Lam the recording but he did not reply...and disregarded the issues. Ted said I should "contact him for any concerns going forward." I did for the poor recall service and the receptionist gave me Runarounds, and said I have to speak with Anika Larsson assistant service manger who is off, but I saw Kay the service manager sitting in Service waiting for cars. Kay Reghal offered me a $250 coupon for scratching my windshield before the rattles and after the replacement of windshield after I threaten with a lawsuit. The mechanic denied any wrong and damaged. Complete waste of my time! More
