This is partial letter i sent to amvic i kept it private as i feel theis is between us right now. First of all false advertising they listed the vehicle at 28493 plus gst. As per AMVIC rules then only gst can be applied. They applied 1399 vir should have been included in price. A VIR is not over 50 dollars. Second; We bought the car with a luggage holder, when detailing it went missing no replacement was given. Therefore I wish to claim this it cost 150. It was included in car sale i should be reimbursed. Multiple times we have asked for a solution on this, they have made no efforts i doing so. Now as for transmission when we took it for test drive I noticed something wrong, thought cause of being cold car acting up They ripped up the original fit test saying everything was repaired. Obviously it wasnt then made a new one with saying nothing was wrong. falsification of documentation. When signing papers for car Nam the finacial manager seperated me and my of he got her to sign papers without me in room. Asking her to documents without explanation of what she was signing, when she asked his response was its just routine stuff. No explanations were give e response was her abo was signing. He sent me with salesman to get new fit test so obviously the one i seen was not signedby her none of the ofprotectionwas complètedor signed. This is unethical procedures. Dealerships call this divide n conquer which is unethical business practi sure you are aware of. After taking ownership on July 29 we went for drive noticing something definitely wrong with drive train. I then phoned my mechanic and as there was things he could check. (Trump automotive also licensed under AMVIC) He said need to book appointment. Being his shop is in Me Hat oct 8 was the only time i could get off work. On oct 9 mechanic phoned ford in medicine hat about issue for recalls and or fixes. He was Informed the car was still under ford warranty informing me that best option to go back to dealership.He also said coming from a professiona! car dealership they would have known about problem because it was blatant to see once taken for test drive. (Tyler Brosnikoff 529 0025) After getting home i informed country hills hvundai about lemanded a fix. Well within my 90 davs warranty. They told book diagnostic with universal ford they would cover cost (which is ry business entity of kaizen automotive. As far as I'm book dlagnostic with universal ford they would cover cost (which is also a subsidiary business entity of kaizen automotive. As far as I'm concerned this was a stall tactic to exceed the 90 days). I had already paid for diagnostic with my mechanic not asking to recover that cost, seeing they wanted another at thier cost i was willing. They then stiffed me for bill at universal ford 408 dollars. replace is 9800, we are seeking a fair judgment pay for repairs and enforce AMVIC rules and regulation pertaining 1 The cost sal Why didnt they get repairs done while in possession of vehicle it was under ford warrantty and wouid have cost a lot less. If they were not qu lying why did they try and get ford to cover it while at Universal Ford. Why did they try and force Rhose into a warrenty package at 5000+ if th why did they try and ford to cover it while at Universal Ford didnt know something was wrong. The sales tactics they used are immoral and unethical things you are there to protect the consumer from They broke many AMVIC rules, false advertising falsified documentation, breach of consumer trust amongst a few. I ask that vou do an ext investigation into not only country hills hyundai but all entities of Kaizen automotive group. The abuse is all throughout thier holdings.
