Had a really good experience with the Service Department. Brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance, everybody was very professional and courteous. I bought a brand-new 2024 Hyundai Elantra HEV Luxury with the expectation with, stay away, save your hard earned money $$ and shop somewhere else. I bought a brand-new 2024 Hyundai Elantra HEV Luxury with the expectation of buying a reliable vehicle. First, I priced it out online at Hyundai Canada, printed off the official quote. Looked to see which dealers had one as it was a brand-new model and each dealer only got 2. Found Country Hills Hyundai from the official Hyundai Canada website to go buy one. Got there and they wanted $3000 more than Hyundai Canada did. Said I had to pay the extra money or wait for my car to be built. How greedy they are and pathetic, anything for a BUCK $$ I bit the bullet and paid the extra 3K $$ and the new car cost me $36,000 Within the first 9 months, the car died twice, the first time I was driving my car and got a 'battery critical low warning' and the car died, I had to push it to the side of the road. Waited 10 minutes and it started, called them to have it looked at. They had the car for a day and said they couldn't find anything wrong and gave it back. My car was only a few months old at this point. The 2nd time my car died while parked in front of my house, I had to have it towed on a flat-bed through warranty, they had my car for over 1 month, ended up replacing a 12v battery pack, they couldn't however determine why the car died or why the 12v battery pack was drained. When picking up my car, I did a walk around only to discover a big door ding in the side of my car which they failed to tell me was there, had I drove away without first checking I would have been screwed. I had to fight with them repeatedly to get them to have my car fixed. They take NO responsibility for your car when it is in their possession. Finally they agreed to pay to have it fixed!! Fast forward 1 year later, my car died again for the 3rd time, just like the 2nd time, had it towed on a flat-bet through warranty, this time they had my car for 1 week and couldn't find out what was wrong. Went to pick up my car and the windshield had a bigger spider crack on it. They immediately blamed the towing company and are flat out refusing to have the windshield replaced!! Again disgusting and pathetic, dealing with the Service Manager Gagandeep is a nightmare. He is deceptive, misleading, takes NO responsibility and basically treats you like a piece of garbage. He is the WORST Service Manager I have ever dealt with in my life!! NO professionalism whatsoever, always takes the LOW road, disgusting and pathetic. Now I am fight with the Road Assistance department of Hyundai Canada to get them to pay for my damaged windshield!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM COUNTRY HILLS HYUNDAI AND ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER.... Keep your hard earned money $$ and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! Disgusted, disappointed and dismayed!! I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again, I am selling my 2024 Hyundai Elantra HEV Luxury at a LOSS just so I do not ever have to deal the the Service Manager Gagandeep AGAIN..... More

I bought a new fob for my Santa Fe. I had it reprogramed yesterday. Everything was going well until I got my bill. They charged me $20+ for shop fee. What shop fees. The manager came over and said we charge everyone this fee. I told him that was not right. He said didn't they tell you when you sign the agreement. I said no and the assist. manager said no. I still had to pay it. I, told him I would never be back for any service. I do my service through a third party now. He worked for Hyundai for 9 years and quit. He said they would do the warranty work on vehicles. Like oil leaks. What shop fees they used their fingers for programing. More
I have called numerous times and left messages with staff to have service person to get bank to me and never called. My engine froze and with them for months. Really months, now 5 months.
