Traded in 2018 Santa Fe, during the trade the car currently had winter tires on it which we asked to have swapped off so we could use them on our other vehicle. Dealership agreed to this. Previously I was exit with this dealership and I was writing reviews like:” Great Service!!! Servicing all our 4 Hyundai Sonatas..” Now the person whose name is Gagandeep (Deep) Sandhu - Service manage writing reviews like:” Great Service!!! Servicing all our 4 Hyundai Sonatas..” Now the person whose name is Gagandeep (Deep) Sandhu - Service manager at Country Hills Hyundai. Decided by his own not to service any of my vehicles any more. As he explained - just because HE CAN DO THIS kind of decision. During several service appointments the service technicians didn’t attach a skid plate and had to replace those by themselves- but now Deep was telling it was my fault all the times his workers couldn’t do the job right! Will post updates ! The situation is insane!!!!! Don’t buy Hyundais, and everything else supported by Kaizer Group- because cars without right service will not work long! Kaizer group should know their MAIN HERO - Deep or GAGANDEEP SANDHU (same person) - working at County Hills Hyundai, even reflected at Genesis web site- pictures added from the open source. They ran multiple tests and confirmed there were no leaks. Honestly, I was bracing myself for an outrageous bill when I came to pick up the car—but the only charge was for the oil change. I’m sometimes hesitant with big dealerships since they can lack that friendly, small-shop vibe, and higher rates often replace that personal touch. But in this case, they did an excellent job and really looked after me. Thank you Siobhan and team. I’ll definitely be back, maybe even for a new Hyundai. Today, I received a call from a salesman named Mohamed, who stated that my vehicle was burning oil and had multiple issues, and suggested I consider purchasing a new car. He mentioned that my information had been passed to him by Siobahn. This was surprising and concerning, as my understanding was that my vehicle simply required standard servicing. Opening a conversation by immediately suggesting my car is devalued and in poor condition felt like a poor approach and left me unhappy with the interaction. I have since contacted my local garage to book the 100,000 km service and will not be returning to Country Hills Hyundai. More

The sales approach was aggressive, and the financing felt downright predatory — pushing rates and terms that made no sense while packing items into loan with disclosing and clearly weren’t in my best interest. I was ignored for days when I called them out on this, It was exhausting and frustrating trying to get a straight answer from anyone. I was only contacted once I got AMVIC and the GM involved I’d strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. This place does not operate with transparency or integrity. This was my second go around with this dealerahip and it was a nightmare both times, even after they assured they wanted to earn my business again and make sure this time around was a great experience. Do yourself a favour and find another dealership! More
