Oil change express review I had quick and efficient service and there was a conscience as well. Apparently a tool was defective and the oil plug was not tightened to specs, so I had quick and efficient service and there was a conscience as well. Apparently a tool was defective and the oil plug was not tightened to specs, so I was asked to return and fix this. The fix was quick and when I suggested that the next oil change be on them they gave me a cheery laugh with a wave. I suppose that meant "no ". I did appreciate their conscientious service. More

Virtually gained my trust until completion of sale and it was quite disheartening as a first car buyer. Felt like they took my lack of knowledge about cars to their advantage rather than an opportunity to inform. Promised a spare key and after sale the sales rep avoided nearly every phone call and text I sent. More

Amazing Customer Service We had purchased our 3rd Jeep last April 2014. It was a 2014 Jeep Rubicon. Unfortunatly and of no fault of the dealership, it was plauged with electi We had purchased our 3rd Jeep last April 2014. It was a 2014 Jeep Rubicon. Unfortunatly and of no fault of the dealership, it was plauged with electirical issues. I kept in contact with the Manager Jason over the course of the year. We knew that we might have to do something about it if the issues became worse. The service Department over the past year have been amazing. Always friendly and accomidating. Louie was always our contact, and was always an amazing person. The service manager Scott was always helpful and never said no to us when we had an issue. Today we went into the dealership to speak to the manager Jason. We discussed the options and he offered several options to us. The first was to buy out the old Jeep. We then dealt with Troy who was incredible and knew his Jeeps. We went to walk out on the lot and saw a perfect replacement that was a 2 door Tank Green 2015 Hard Top Rubicon. We fell in love immediatly. I wont go into the specifits of the deal, as each one is different. But after it was all said and done, Jason ( Manager) Troy (Salesmen), Michael in Finance who works magic like i have never seen. He has always been responsible for making it work for us financially. we have walked away feeing more than satasfied. Today i must say was an amazing day and we are leaving very happy and felt that they took care of us. After a year of frustration with a machine that was just built bad from the factory, we were taking care of and they did so many things for us and we defiiniatlly wanted to say thank you to everyone and to make sure others knew of our experience. I would recomend the dealership and I appreicate all they have done. I know they did not build the Jeep, but they did an amazing job, and took care of us above and beyond what i could have every happened. More
Absolute worst purchasing expierence I have ever had. This dealership honestly is a joke. I bought a used car from them in late April. As soon as I arrived on the lot I was treated with zero professionali This dealership honestly is a joke. I bought a used car from them in late April. As soon as I arrived on the lot I was treated with zero professionalism. I had made an appointment with a sales person and upon arrival I was greeted with a sales person who couldn't be bothered to get off her seat and give me the respect to meet face to face. Instead I get a handshake from the woman raising her arm up. After that we go to look at the car. Which again was parked way in the back "holding lot" so I had to wait a good 15 min so the sales person could find the keys and get the car. We took it for a drive after we stopped at a gas station because why not wast more customer time with b.s like this. (Could have had the car gassed up and parked out front ready to go! Hence me calling ahead and making an appointment) so after the drive I asked for the car proof repot to see the accident history of the car. I was told not only by the sales person but also the sales manager that if I wanted that info I would have to get it myself at a cost of $65!!!!! I'm not kidding people! They said they have so many used vehicles that they only do them on ones that are selling or some b.s. I honestly was shocked that I was told that. So I explain to the lady what my offer is on the car and that if we can agree on the price I will place a deposit on the car and pick it up on the weekend. She comes back from the sales manager and says ok we can do the deal but you have to take the car today, completely ignoring what I had told her earlier. So after some more b.s. They agree and I take the car for the night to make sure it's the one I want. On my way to the dealer the next day I was involved in a fender bender. A van had bumped into the back of the car. I called the sales person and she actually Had the nerve to laugh at me!!! How disrespectful is that!? So we get back to the dealer and we end up not completing the deal. So I continue my search elsewhere. A few days later my current vehicle sells so I need to replace it. And this specific car at Coquitlam Chrysler was the only one available at the time so I went back to just get in get out as fast as I could because of the bad expierence I had previous. I ask for a different sales person for obvious reasons and we proceed to complete the deal. When I reach the business office I'm greeted with a sales contract already printed out with hidden fees already on the deal. The one big issue was this "tire warranty" they were selling at a "discounted" price I didn't agree to it durning negotiations with the sales person. So I get a response like ok so if you don't want the warranty we're going to have to take your car into the shop and remove the nitrogen in them. At this point I didn't want anyone from this dealership touching my car so I accepted the phoney tire warranty. So the transaction is done and I can see the light. Just a quick insurance transaction and I'm finally out of this place. Well not so fast, not only was the insurance guy difficult to deal with he decided that, because we were being helped during his shift change he simply packed up mid way through our transaction and leaves!!! Points through the window and says that guy over there will finish up with you. I couldn't believe how I was being treated! Completely disrespectful. So after about 4 hours of absolutely horrible customer service I was able to take my car home. Forget about that warm fuzzy feeling of buying a new car because this place will squash that and replace it with anger. TRUST ME. Go to another dealer preferably not a domestic dealer they are all the same. So after I buy the car and drive it home I hear nothing from the dealer. absolutely nothing. Not one follow up call to see how car is or anything. Basically felt like ok we have your money now don't bother us until you need to spend more money. So to sum it up, this was the worst ever expierence buying any product let alone a car. If you do decide to go, do your research and watch out. They WILL scam you if your not careful. Poor business ethics and practices by staff and management. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!! And on a side note, I was told the car was serviced and safety inspected prior to purchase, I took the car in to my mechanic to do just a basic oil change shortly after getting the car and he told me that the oil hadn't been changed in a while. Which tells me that they did not service the car. And as of yesterday I switched out my wheels and tires for a different set and when I removed the old tires from the car I found both front tire to be basically bald and both tires had the inner edge completely warn down Almost to the cords!! Remember the "tire warranty" how can you sell me this crap on tires that are ruined to begin with!! Stay away Far away! More

Thanks you Stewart Brecken and Cal Duncan and Darryl Dudek. just an issue when I brought it in to get something fixed on the center console area and it did not get fixed proper and so I need to bring it back again. That cost $48.00 for a rental car and my time and fuel. Other dealers have loaners. I had them check the rear end area for a vibration in the rear end area. I told them it starts at 108 km and up and they ran it around your area and could not get it up too speed so they figure its fixed now. I say you have a poor service department and guess what I still have a vibration in the rear end area of my truck. Try putting it on a lift and see if there is something loose it's a 92,000 dollar truck. That's not good it needs to be fixed do you know another service department. More
