Enthusiastic and non-pushy Joe understood what we needed in a vehicle to haul around 3 children and their hordes of friends. He understood our budget and could tell what we prefer in terms of styling based on our passed vehicles. He went to work and found us a Dodge caravan that works for the kids and our budget. He was very professional and laid down the various options which allowed us to make a choice that we can live with for the next 3 to 5 years. More
Cusomer-facing service, professional staff nice to deal with I had a weird problem with my Dodge Journey. The Coquitlam Chrysler managers, Scott Polegato and Jeff Kornatowsky acted very professionally to help me I had a weird problem with my Dodge Journey. The Coquitlam Chrysler managers, Scott Polegato and Jeff Kornatowsky acted very professionally to help me out. I felt that I was treated like a valuable customer. While the problem was being fixed, I was given a courtesy vehicle, a Dodge Caravan (even the same red color as my Journey!) so that I did not feel uncomfortable. Even though the problem was very mysterious, and it was not clear whether it was a warranty case, Scott and Jeff did their best to do the repairs without any money involved from my end. I picked up my Journey from the service all fixed and all for free. Thank you guys! More

Service manager going the extra mile My 2012 grand caravan had just recently gone over its warranty by kilometers, shortly after passing 100k, my transmission started to act up and shift My 2012 grand caravan had just recently gone over its warranty by kilometers, shortly after passing 100k, my transmission started to act up and shift very rough into 3rd. I immediately called Scott the service manager about the issue and explained it all and informed him that I am just out of my warranty. He told me no problem and bring it in and he will see what he can do. Even though it took me a couple weeks to finally get it in with my hectic schedule and the kilometers now even higher. He still made sure that Chrysler would honor the warranty and even called in a few favors to spare me any expenses that might come up. It took awhile to track down the issue but once it was found, it was fixed in 2 days at no expense to me. I even got to chat with that transmission specialist for a bit to go over exactly what was done. I've had some bad luck with Chrysler vehicles but the service that Scott and his team give me, is why I drive out the extra miles to go to their dealership and why I still own Chrysler products. More

I am very technically inclined and have had too many experiences elsewhere with so called advisors trying to baffle me by "talking over my head" using big words to create concern for something they obviously know nothing about. when I ask QualityTechnical questions the bewildered look on their faces convinces me to seek service somewhere else...
