An excellent experience. We were referred to the Coquitlam dealership by a friend. We had been to the Abbotsford Dodge dealership prior since that's where we live. The experience at Abbotsford was completely different. We started to look at Ford because we were not happy with the Abbotsford sales experience. There was a sales Hype guy who was taking a very cheesy approach to trying to sell "get us in a vehicle today". We felt extreme pressure immediately and we wanted to turn tale and run. When we shared our experience with our friends and they said they dealt with Cam Osbourne who was completely professional and not pushy to sell you. Cam's approach I find is more relaxed & informative. He is a great listener and there is no rushing you out the door. Did a great job finding us the best fit for what we wanted in a vehicle. Thank you for having Cam available to help us. He goes the extra mile. We would go back to him anytime when we are in the market to purchase again. We are Happy customers. Got the right person for the job! After the purchase of a used Jeep Wrangler a year ago, we had some warranty issues with the vehicle. While some of the issues were looked after, som After the purchase of a used Jeep Wrangler a year ago, we had some warranty issues with the vehicle. While some of the issues were looked after, some were not. We got nowhere with Ian the previous service person and this led to a poor review. Fast forward to today. I just got off the phone with Jason Fields and we have negotiated a happy medium for both of us and to have the final warranty issue repaired. Jason was courteous and understanding to my concerns on how things were handled previously and got things taken care of right away. It looks like they got the right person in to look after things.
