Vehicle Purchase After some research I decided on a 2015 Dodge Dart GT Sedan. I found the vehicle I was looking for through Coquitlam Chryslers on line inventory and s After some research I decided on a 2015 Dodge Dart GT Sedan. I found the vehicle I was looking for through Coquitlam Chryslers on line inventory and submitted a request for pre-approval of financing. I was contacted within a few hours by telephone and spoke with Kelly from on-line sales and subsiquently with Derryl from the business office. An appointment was made and when I arrive I was helped by Troy from the on-line sales. After a test drive of the vehicle and my decision to proceed, the vehicle was detailed while I finalized that paperwork with Derrick. Derrick took the time to explain in detail all of the aspects of the services, warranty and optional coverage available to me. After signing the papers and obtaining insurance from an on-site agency, Troy again reviewed the vehicle and it's features and coverage with me. The entire process was enjoyable and I never felt pressured to purchase or accept optional coverages. Kelly and the On-Line Sales Manager along with Troy were a pleasure to work with. I was assisted by Derryl & Michael in the business office with the purchase of winter tires with the help of Bruce in the parts department. I chose the Diamond Kote Process for the vehicle and while in for that service, the tires were installed. I have been driving my Dodge Dart GT for a few weeks now and am enjoying the vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Coquitlam Chrysler to anyone looking for service or a new vehicle. More

In and out the door in less than 30 minutes THIS experience was quick. Oil change in/out less than 30 minutes. Love it! Finally, no one trying to upsale me on parts. Why a "No" recommendation? THIS experience was quick. Oil change in/out less than 30 minutes. Love it! Finally, no one trying to upsale me on parts. Why a "No" recommendation? Because it's not a happy place to go. Granted the job may get done, but I don't like the customer service experience.. Counter staff don't smile and look very stressed out (and that's at 8am). Witness to employees arguing with one another. If my oil changes weren't already paid for I'd never come back. More

Staff Service and parts department staff are willing to go out of their way to make sure that I was happy. Service department dealt with any problems I had Service and parts department staff are willing to go out of their way to make sure that I was happy. Service department dealt with any problems I had with my Jeep in a professional manner and in timely fashion which is hard to come by in this world. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this specific location. More

Completley Awful Didn't fix the problem- I went in there to initially get the hydrolic arm on my tailgate fixed and they bring up that there's some recalls on my truck Didn't fix the problem- I went in there to initially get the hydrolic arm on my tailgate fixed and they bring up that there's some recalls on my truck... i said okay but make sure the arm is fixed - well it wasn't and now i need to waste more of my time and money to go back there and get them to do a job they should've done IN THE FIRST PLACE!!, I'm missing 50km of gas and the lady working in sales tried to degrade me making me feel stupid saying "Oh... well you know your gas gauge changes all the time...right?..." yeah obviously, thanks tips. doesn't explain why 5 hours later its missing the same amount, horrible place... NOT RECOMMENDED More

Service was fine but frustrated with product This is the second time in 1.5 months that my truck has been in. My experience this time was more positive because they did not have my truck for 6 d This is the second time in 1.5 months that my truck has been in. My experience this time was more positive because they did not have my truck for 6 days like they did last time. Last time the repair included broken bolts on the exhaust manifold which caused a ticking sound. The sound came back shortly after so I took my truck in expecting it to be the same issue. This time it was the right side, rather than the left side so it was another $500. This is the third time in the life of the vehicle that the exhaust manifold has been fixed. My confidence in Dodge is quickly waning. More

Upon phoning in to pick up truck, they said I could not write a cheque for the work, and it had to be cleared with the account manager, which I had already set up a cheque okay account, with him...month's ago, and have been writing cheque's for part's etc for a few month's..
