Terrible experience with both the sales department and the service! They sold me a new Palisade which turned out to be a lemon. I went back with the car within a week mentioning several problems i found w the service! They sold me a new Palisade which turned out to be a lemon. I went back with the car within a week mentioning several problems i found with the car and none of them were addressed, as they "could not replicate the issues", even though the issues were quite evident! Had to go to another dealership and get Hyundai Canada involved for them to acknowledge that there are major problems with the car! First of all don't expect any kind of help or customer care from this dealership, once they got your money that is it, there's absolutely no after sales care at all. And the service department, as i mentioned above they are useless, if you need anything more than an oil change you should probably stay away. If you don't want any hassle and head ache then stay away from Cooksville Hyundai! The bad customer service comes from the top in this place, even though i copied the GM on several of my communications, i've never heard from him and more so my last 2 emails directed to him and the assistant sales manager were left unanswered!
