Worst buying experience ever found a gently used truck online that they had on the lot. Interior of the vehicle had a lot of salt stains in the seats and fabric, but wasn’t worri found a gently used truck online that they had on the lot. On delivery day they kept delaying the 12noon pick up.... no big deal.... then they sent a text message saying to come anytime after 6:30pm.... kinda weird but okay no probs... flash forward to pick up time.... it’s dark... cold... I grab the truck and drive straight home... next morning I walk past the passenger side and notice the rocker panel had been smashed in while they were trying to pull the long vehicle into their detail Bay... crunched metal with paint chips hanging off. No rust at all on the metal.. Immediately call the sales person I dealt with, they tried telling me it was always there and was there when I test drove a week prior, and two days before when I made the deal. Told me there was no telling what I had done to it in the 11 hours that I was in possession of it. Told him on salty Canadian roads bare metal will barely last overnight before rusting let alone two weeks. Total sleeze xxxxx. Not to mention they did not get the salt stains out. The seats were so wet they were frozen. Inside of windows were iced over. Truck missing a head rest, and spare tire... took it too my preferred ram dealer... found out the air bag system was in need of repair, power locks to replace and HVAC system needed repair... guess this is what Cooksville dodge considers a certified vehicle. Pretty low standards if you ask me. In the end I had to pay half of the body repair bill... cut my losses at that and move on. If you are still reading my review, it is at this point that the dealership owner is going to pop in below thanking me for my review and asking me to contact them so they can attempt to make reparations... Well don’t bother, don’t want anything more to do with you. Just want to let the world know you guys should not be in business. From one business owner to another... your a joke.... Thank you Cooksville Chrysler for proving to me why car dealers get such a bad reputation. More

Thank you Glen and his coworkers. I have been going to 3 different Dodge dealerships for my Grand Caravan for simple service and telling them that the engine is noisy. Nobody cared or I have been going to 3 different Dodge dealerships for my Grand Caravan for simple service and telling them that the engine is noisy. Nobody cared or fixed the problem except Glen at Cooksville Dodge dealership. (Mississauga) He asked his crew to check on it and advised me to bring my car back to fix the problem. And the good part is my car is still under warranty and I payed nothing. Once again, thank you Glen and thanks to your collegues. More
