Eddie was the reason for my return after I visited another dealership and met pusher salesman. Eddie listened to my questions and answered them and spent a considerable amount of time with me. Buying a car is a big spend and stressful - You want to be sure your buying the right car for your family and not only does it match your needs but also you budget. My husband also visited the same dealership on a different occasion and met with Kyle - who was also very knowledgable and customer focused about our needs. We could have gone to any other dealership to purchase the vehicle buecause of the friendly service and attention these guys provided it made it easy for us to return to Cooksville dealership. I also observed other consultants with clients and noticed very similar customer service, well done to the management and staff you didn't make it feel like a pressured experience.
