Jacob was great rest of dealer was so/so To start of I would like to Thank Jacob for helping me find a truck. The problem with the rest of the dealer is after I signed the bill of sale and we completed the approval for credit etc on a particular option truck, I got a phone call stating we cant find the truck you want... Especially in black. I was told that I would have to be flexible on my colors and that made me upset because im buying a NEW truck. Regardless Jacob did his best to find me a close enough truck. The interior in this one is beige opposed to the Orange original interior I wanted so its not the truck "i want" but its close enough. The truck however did come fully loaded with every single feature including a cd player. Jacob and Kenny were nice enough to throw a bit of the price and install window tints. In the end I got a free mouse from the dealer too which is exactly what I needed. So to give a overall rating. Jacob receives from me a 5/5, Kenny receives from me a 5/5, Chrysler though gets overall a 3/5 because they sell a product that is not available and I did have to compensate on interior color. The interior is not exactly what I wanted and Chrysler states you can order whatever you want. More

Great first car buying experience! I originally came into Cooksville Dodge just to look at new vehicles and obtain some pricing. I had visited a couple other dealerships in the Mississa I originally came into Cooksville Dodge just to look at new vehicles and obtain some pricing. I had visited a couple other dealerships in the Mississauga area but was not very impressed with their customer service. After meeting and talking with Kyle I decided to purchase a vehicle the same day. Kyle made the process of purchasing a vehicle fun. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions and went over all of my options. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase like I had at other dealerships. Even after I purchased the vehicle, Kyle was available to answer all of my questions and kept me in the loop with respect to when my vehicle would be delivered. Very professional and courteous. Matt was also great to deal with. He made financing my vehicle a breeze and explained all of the ins and outs of my warranty and options I could add to it.
