We were introduced to one of their sales representatives named Sunny who is a soft spoken individual. He was neither "pushy" nor "overbearing". On the contrary, he was very patient with us and spent time going over every detail of the Town & Country vehicle we expressed interest in. When it came to negotiating a deal, Sunny did not waste our time going back and forth with offers and counter offers. He spoke with Shawn the Sales Manager once and came back to us with a terrific purchase price. We met Shawn who took the time to get to know my wife and I. The entire experience was a positive one, and we both left appreciative of how we were treated. Two days later we picked up our brand new 2015 Town & Country van and again Sunny spent time going over every aspect of operating the vehicle with me.
