Once in the dealership, I ventured into the sales floor to see what they had available. This was my third dealership I'd been in shopping for a truck, and my expectations were low. Right away I was greeted by Matthew their financial rep, who immediately found out what I was interested in and introduced me to Jacob their sales rep - to help continue the conversation. Jacob listened to my needs and provided me with some great options and pricing. I was hesitant as I hadn't planned on purchasing right away, but he spent the time to go over everything and gave me time to consult with my spouse, so I didn't feel rushed. In the end, I ended up with a wonderful Dodge Ram 1500 - in my budget. Matthew their financial rep was also great to work with, going over all my options and setting me up with the best possible rates. Overall I can say this is the best service I have experienced in a car dealership, right down to meeting the manager Shawn, and feeling special about my purchase. Even the follow up call a week later to see how things were going - made it top notch! More
