Told me it would be 2 hours so when I came back at 2 hours they were doing the invoice and gave me my points to help with the service and tire swap. Nothing was done to my truck, even after i told them that the door latch was frozen, and i had to strap it to get there. They said id still have to pay because it wasnt a recall, yet its the same locking me the door latch was frozen, and i had to strap it to get there. And thats not to mention the nox sensor that was faulty, which also isnt fixed, and they failed to mention that i would be reduced to 80km/h for ablut 1 day, before the engine would put itseld on idle mode.....thanks for the heads up guys. I wish the staff was as friendly as when you first buy your 80k vehicle, because let me tell you, there your best friends till you sign that form, then "sorry whos this?" More

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation ("The Works" package). The work was done in about an hour while I waited. While the cost difference between this service and a simple oil change was ("The Works" package). The work was done in about an hour while I waited. While the cost difference between this service and a simple oil change was somewhat higher than I think it should be to add having the tires rotated, as I am older and am not inclined to rotate them myself, I'd say it was worth it.
