Went in for oil change, tire rotation and asked to check transmission fluid and differential fluid. Got truck back and found out they left the lock nuts not torque to specs, oil was down a 1/2 L . No tool marks on the plugs in question as I had them checked by my own mechanic and he showed me before he touched them. Also my carpet was dirty with grease and oil. More

When you are required to "make an appointment" for a diagnostic the time should be honored. Otherwise what's the point. The excuses were beyond unbelievable.
