Tanya and Alex were super excellent helping me with the service and tire swap. Told me it would be 2 hours so when I came back at 2 hours they were doing the invoice and gave me my points to help with the service and tire swap. Nothing was done to my truck, even after i told them that the door latch was frozen, and i had to strap it to get there. They said id still have to pay because it wasnt a recall, yet its the same locking me the door latch was frozen, and i had to strap it to get there. They said id still have to pay because it wasnt a recall, yet its the same locking mechanism as the 150, with the recall, so i left with the door issue. And thats not to mention the nox sensor that was faulty, which also isnt fixed, and they failed to mention that i would be reduced to 80km/h for ablut 1 day, before the engine would put itseld on idle mode.....thanks for the heads up guys. I wish the staff was as friendly as when you first buy your 80k vehicle, because let me tell you, there your best friends till you sign that form, then "sorry whos this?" More
