Quick, friendly, considerate. My F150 was recalled for an issue involving the door/lock mechanism. I was given a service appointment within a few days of calling the dealership. I dropped off at 8:15am and expressed that I needed my truck back by 2:30pm. By 11am Bilal called to say that he'd had two technicians working on it and everything was good to go.
