Fixed Right I came in for an issue with my transmission that had been on and off for the last two weeks. Sales staff treated poorly I visited this dealership on January 16th for service. I have been a customer here for many years. I originally bought my vehicle from Mitch. Whi I visited this dealership on January 16th for service. I have been a customer here for many years. I originally bought my vehicle from Mitch. While I was waiting for my car to be finished, I was in the waiting room and walking around the show room. During this time I witnessed the male who came out of the large office titled 'General Sales Manager' walk over to a sales person (Nick) and speak very disrespectfully to him. I could tell that Nick was very uncomfortable with the conversation and even more so because I heard what was being said. The general sales manager spoke in a tone that was arrogant and frankly shouldn't have been used in a public, business setting. I was disgusted and had to walk away. Shortly after when I was leaving the dealership I saw this same person outside the door smoking with another person. I will not return to this dealership again, and will have to decide whether to take my business to Milton or Brampton. More
