Fixed Right I came in for an issue with my transmission that had been on and off for the last two weeks. I was able to book an appointment at a time of my choosing and was dealt with professionally and courteously. I felt like the service staff actually cared and they took the time to listen to my issues. They went over a "job aid" with me which I had never been shown at other dealerships. Sales staff treated poorly I visited this dealership on January 16th for service. I have been a customer here for many years. I originally bought my vehicle from Mitch. Whi I visited this dealership on January 16th for service. I have been a customer here for many years. I originally bought my vehicle from Mitch. While I was waiting for my car to be finished, I was in the waiting room and walking around the show room. During this time I witnessed the male who came out of the large office titled 'General Sales Manager' walk over to a sales person (Nick) and speak very disrespectfully to him. I could tell that Nick was very uncomfortable with the conversation and even more so because I heard what was being said. The general sales manager spoke in a tone that was arrogant and frankly shouldn't have been used in a public, business setting. I was disgusted and had to walk away. Shortly after when I was leaving the dealership I saw this same person outside the door smoking with another person. I will not return to this dealership again, and will have to decide whether to take my business to Milton or Brampton. More

May increase the risk of a fire" Called Concept Ford in Georgetown and was told they could not do the repair until the Engine light came on. My concern was that it might cause a fire in my garage. The employee spoke with the Manger and she also said to wait for the engine light to come on. Called Ford Canada Head Office and they said the dealership should honor the recall. Called Concept Ford back and again was told to wait for the engine light to come on, meaning the fuel delivery module had deleloped a crack. Called Gallinger Ford in Milton and they will call me when the parts are in and set up an appointment. That is how custmoer service should be done . Thank you Gallinger Ford. Well worth the drive to Milton. Ford Concept has just lost my business and my daughters business. More
