Our previous Kona was a stressful ‘right off’ and therefore the process had many agencies / interested parties involved in order to get it to conclusion and new vehicle replacement for us. From beginning to end Barry, Kevin and then Mellisa took on the bulk of work that was necessary, they made us comfortable and explained every step to us which made a big difference to our level of understanding and comfort. We were provided with our new 2022 Kona Preferred very promptly with no delay which was a nice surprise. Barry took us for a test drive and explained all functions of the vehicle, he even took us to the Service area and again explained in detail the process of service from beginning to end and answered all our questions. Since the process completion Barry has continued to contact us and provided great after sale support.
