We were initially working with a dealer in another town but were very unhappy with their service so we contacted Comox Hyundai. Well, what a difference a day makes. I made an appointment with Taylor, drove to Comox with our trade vehicle which was very quickly appraised by Eric Mody and within an hour we had the deal complete. Believe me, when I say, this dealership is very fair in their appraisals and subsequent pricing. I go into new car purchasing with all my information and numbers laid out so all I have to do is plug in one or two numbers at the dealership and I have a complete bottom line with no confusion and BS. Eric, Taylor and the Comox dealership make the deal very clear, with no surprises, providing an easy uncomplicated, friendly vehicle purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Comox Hyundai to anyone and by the way, we love our new Santa Fe Ultimate. It's an amazing vehicle, with features available only in some of the more expensive brands. More
