Initially I visited this showroom to view Hyundai Santa Fe cars and was attended to by Tyler. I was awaiting an icbc claim so could not commit to buying a car but narrowed my choices down as a result of Ty Fe cars and was attended to by Tyler. He listened at the right times, accompanied me on test drives, was warm and receptive to conversation during our drives and as a result I felt cared for and just my presence seemed appreciated by him. Even though I ended my quest for a car by privately purchasing the very Hyundai vehicle that i had been looking at with Tyler at the showroom, the attention to customer care given by Tyler has resulted in my booking my new-to-me car into the Hyundai servicing department for servicing and other work as it needs doing.
