Buying A New Jeep FJ was really great in corresponding with me over email regarding the Jeep that I was interested in. I was going on vacation for 8 days and FJ was und FJ was really great in corresponding with me over email regarding the Jeep that I was interested in. I was going on vacation for 8 days and FJ was understanding and held it for me while I was gone (as it was a popular and in demand colour). I really appreciate you pulling a few strings to hold onto it for me! FJ was very personable throughout our conversations and when I came back in later in the week to sign paper work, he did a great job making me feel like an important customer. I will mention that there was some misinformation given to me about the Jeep but FJ was quick to rectify the situation and was really great in the conversation following that misunderstanding coming to fruition. My experience with the finance department was not as smooth. Though who I spoke with was very friendly, trying to make jokes and be personable, he did not seem to understand my needs and would not take no for an answer when it came to selling me extended warranty and service package options. I politely declined his offers twice but he kept on insisting I take it. Afterwards, my girlfriend commented on the fact that I looked physically uncomfortable during this conversation which I clearly was. It was getting late in the day and I felt like the only way I could get out of there was to say yes which I did. Though I understand it is the job of the finance department to talk about all of the different offers available, the customer should never feel physical uncomfortable with the conversation. Selling services and warranties should be a conversation on why they benefit that customer specifically and not through scare tactics of 10% per year service cost increases. Again, it was a friendly interaction overall and I am sure he had good intentions, but this is a transparent review of how it left me feeling. He did a good job in following up with me to ensure a good time for me to come back in and finish paper work. Also to note, Gilbert (I think his name was) who takes care of insurance was great! He was very personable and professional and took care of me quickly and diligently. More

Jay was a pleasure to work with, he was very accommodating in covering the cost for floor mats and a replacement cover for a damaged USB port. We should have, however, asked for a demo of the navigation system which was ultimately missing. Would we go back, Yes. Lesson learned, go over every item from the ad. More
