I bought a Grand Cherokee from Columbia Chrysler this weekend and WOW did they ever go above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the car ready for me before I arrived, the vehicle was sanitized, the weekend and WOW did they ever go above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the car ready for me before I arrived, the vehicle was sanitized, the staff were practicing social distancing, I was offered gloves and hand sanitizer as well. I got a great deal on my new car and a very competitive trade value. Micheal, Alicia and even Justin the General Manager were eager to answer all my questions on the Sales side, Blake the Finance Manager was quick with paperwork and explaining to me my coverages and finance documents. Alen and Robert in service took their time in a busy service department to help me with my questions.
