I moved to Bowmanville in Sept 2021 and have had my previous Tucson serviced at your Service Dept. it is what brought us in looking for information about upgrading our lease - we happily walked away wi previous Tucson serviced at your Service Dept. it is what brought us in looking for information about upgrading our lease - we happily walked away with the new Hybrid. This was my first time purchasing a car and both Peter and Grant made everything feel effortless! When I sat down with Peter, he immediately took out a little booklet where he had me state what type of ca and Grant made everything feel effortless! When I sat down with Peter, he immediately took out a little booklet where he had me state what type of car I was looking for, what features I wanted and things that I did not want in a car (i.e., previous smoker or high mileage). After going through what car I wanted, he asked what price range felt comfortable with me and what my limit of bi-weekly payments would be. I drove a car that matched well with the outlined criteria and started the process of purchasing the vehicle when I returned back to the dealership. Peter was well-organized and was able to drop my bi-weekly payments by $10, which made me elated! Finalizing the deal that day took less than an hour and it was a great experience overall. Jokingly, I asked if I could have a pink flamingo blow-up pool toy to go along with my purchase - and Peter delivered! He went out of his way to go purchase the pool toy. When I picked up my car a few days later, Peter informed me that he would not be there but someone else would take care of me. As I walked in the front door, I was immediately greeted by Grant, who took it upon himself to figure out who would help me finalize the paperwork. Grant came back and said that he would be assisting me in finalizing the paperwork. He ensured that I understood everything I was signing, asked if I wanted anything to drink and showed me around the dealership. When Grant went out to my car to secure the licence plates, he got inside the car and realized the cleaners did a mediocre job at cleaning my car. Although it took about 25 minutes to clean it, I really appreciated this gesture and I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. Once the car was ready, he showed me how to connect my iPhone to my car and made sure I knew where all of my controls were as it was heavily raining that day. Grant followed up with me the next day over the phone to make sure I was happy with the car so far - I had a few minor concerns that I wanted to be addressed and he made a note in my file to have them fixed; no questions asked. The only downside was the music that was playing. It was extremely loud and it became difficult to speak with Peter when we were sitting a meter apart from one another. I also don't enjoy loud noises, so perhaps it doesn't bother anyone else! I voiced my concern to Peter and he made sure the volume was turned down a little bit. I would highly recommend purchasing your first or next car here! More
Grant created a good first impression by meeting us just as we started to walk through the parking lot and making us feel welcome.
