Fraud squad. They sell lemon cars, then try not to honor the warrantee. So many things wrong with brand new cars, they damaged the car while it was being serviced (for the 5th time) and did the “it was like that when it arrived” song and dance. Went in for air conditioning diagnostic. Said nothing was wrong, charged us for service. Did nothing, then week later when same problem occurred they looked again and found problems that they obviously would have found had they actually done the diagnostic in the first place. Charged for things that didn’t happen. Same old same old crooked car dealership. Go to coburg for sure More

We purchased our used Tucson from Grant Palmer. He greeted us at the door and right from the start was not pushy which we liked. We did our research from Clarington Hyundai and other dealerships. We had already purchased a car from Clarington Hyundai in 2010 and we very pleased with that one. We told Grant what we wanted, our price range, mileage range we were interested in. Grant brought out the car for a test drive and we pleased to see it also included winter tires. I was wondering if the larger car would fit in our garage and Grant said take it home on the test drive and check and it fit fine. After picking up the new car I realized I left a family memento in the trade in car we brought. I phoned Granted and he had it in his hand less that a minute from reaching out to him. We were introduced to the sales and service manager while at the dealership. Grant also set up all phone and blue tooth related to the car. Showed us how to set the radio and how to use the digital screen in our car. Great experience with Grant and would send friends to see him when interested in a vehicle. More
Took my Santa Fe in for some warranty work. I asked to have an exhaust leak diagnosed. I already knew that the gasket had failed (I felt/heard it prior to taking the car in). No other issu I asked to have an exhaust leak diagnosed. I already knew that the gasket had failed (I felt/heard it prior to taking the car in). No other issues, no codes, everything else normal. The technician came back to announce the the rear catalytic converter would need replacing, approximately $2300. The exhaust was repaired by replacing a $12.50 gasket elsewhere. This kind of shameless ripoff should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I will absolutely never return nor recommend this Dealership to anyone. Unless I don't like them. More
Was looking to buy a new vehicle (Hybrid) but the staff took the time to explain the wait that is currently happening with these vehicles. So while I was disappointed my new vehicle wasn't going to be bran took the time to explain the wait that is currently happening with these vehicles. So while I was disappointed my new vehicle wasn't going to be brand new, Grant found a car for me that fit my needs, and is practically new (very low mileage). He worked with me to figure out financing, and was upfront about everything. He gave me as much time and space as he could (knowing the car would sell quickly). The only thing I'll ask to skip next time was the history lesson on the brand when I was figuring out finances. I'm sure that's part of a standard script Andy had to use, but I'll just ask him to kindly move to the next part of the script next time I purchase from them. Overall, they made the experience extremely painless, and Grant was willing to go the extra mile by staying late at time, and even coming on times he wasn't scheduled to be there to help me out and fit my schedule. One other smaller complaint was Connor had reached out through email to see how my experience was... I responded (asking if they would be willing to through in snow tires considering how much I was spending on this practically new vehicle) and he never got back to me. Not sure why you would send that email in the first place (asking for feedback or if I had any questions) if you aren't going to bother responding. More
