I had purchased a Hyundai from another dealership years ago and had a less than pleasant experience and as a result was quite hesitant to do it again. I did a lot of shopping around and testing driving of vehicles. Josh kept in contact and answered all my questions in a timely manner. 3.... yes 3, visits later I made my decision. Knowing he would be away when I picked up my new vehicle he introduced me to Phillip, another sales consultant, who would be there to answer any questions. Phillip was wonderful! He took the time to set up my Bluetooth and show me all the safety and tech features I wasn’t familiar with. When I remembered a question I had forgot to ask, I sent him a text and he responded immediately with the answer. Alexis was thorough with her explainations of my warranty and I was appreciative that I never felt pressured to go beyond my budget. It’s safe to say that Clarington Hyundai has renewed my faith in Hyundai Dealerships and I look forward to an ongoing positive relationship. More

It was close to closing time and the staff were friendly and professional and did not rush me at all. They patiently answered all my questions, listened to me and when a new vehicle came on the lot that evening, they let me test drive it with no pressure in purchasing. I did end up purchasing that vehicle, but not until the next day, when I had a better chance to see it in the light and test drive it one more time. Granville was our sales representative and he was phenomenal. Very genuine, understanding and patient, as I had my baby and toddler with me. Never once did I feel rushed and the overall experience was very positive. I would defiantly recommend this dealership and would go back next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. More

dirty window after getting my summer tires put back on i noticed that whatever my windows were washed with left my windshield and all windows foggy and slightly di after getting my summer tires put back on i noticed that whatever my windows were washed with left my windshield and all windows foggy and slightly difficult to see out of. i called the service department and was told that it was unheard of because they only use window cleaner (i had this phone call twice with the same person). i took my car in on the weekend and Kelly took a look at it. unfortunately it was an overcast/ rainy day and he did the best he could but told me to come back if its still there. Sure enough the sun comes up and i still cant see out of my windows. I took my car in that afternoon and kelly took a look at it and managed to get most, if not all of it off my windows. He didn't once tell me that it was impossible or that they couldn't have done it he just listened and fixed it. kelly will be the reason I come back to the service department. my star ratings are specifically for Kelly, not the person that told me i was crazy when i called with this issue originally. More

They tried to rip us off My wife bought a new Santa Fe June 2012 from Clarington Hyndai, we went back March 24, 2017 to trade it in and buy a 2017, they offered her $4,000.00 My wife bought a new Santa Fe June 2012 from Clarington Hyndai, we went back March 24, 2017 to trade it in and buy a 2017, they offered her $4,000.00 for her vehicle, it is 5 yrs, old and has 115,246 km, she says no, so then they offer $6,000.00, she says no and leaves, she goes and waits in the car for me, so just before I leave, they say to me okay we will give you $9,800.00, so I said I will have to ask my wife it is her vehicle, and she is buying the new one, I drive an F150 so this was for her, she said no way, if they had of made the right offer to start with and not try to steal her money we where ready to sign and buy that day, pretty xxxxty experience considering we when back to buy a second vehicle from them and they thought we would settle for $4,000.00, when within 10 minutes they had the amount up to $9,800.00, she will not deal with them again, we will find a different Dealer, She now knows why these car sales men get branded as xxxxxxxx and thieves, the guy we dealt with is Andrew so beware. over all bad experience go find a different dealer.
