What can we say? Said Nagamy - our Salesperson - was absolutely awesome. It took us 3 years to finally decide on a vehicle. Thank God we were not paying him by the hour! We especially struggled recently, deciding between choosing the 2012 or 2011 CRV. Said was very patient and never pressed us into a decision throught the course of out purchasing effort. He laid out the facts and left the decision to us, providing us info we needed, including that information which was based on our relevant personal preferences, in order to make an informed decision. We chose the the 2011 CRV EXL-NAVI model and having driven it for a couple of days, we love it. It was the perfect choice for us. We are so thankful we had Said as our Salesperson; he is a true professional - knowledgeable, supportive, accurate, super friendly, etc. and a truly nice guy at the same time. We actually enjoyed the process because of his patience and good sense of humour. He was soooo pleasant. We stongly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda product. Thanks Said - MUCH APPRECIATED! Maurice was great too, very personable, prompt and enjoyable to work with. He was lucky, he only had to deal with us as a Business Manager to complete the deal!
