He laid out the facts and left the decision to us, providing us info we needed, including that information which was based on our relevant personal preferences, in order to make an informed decision. We chose the the 2011 CRV EXL-NAVI model and having driven it for a couple of days, we love it. It was the perfect choice for us. We are so thankful we had Said as our Salesperson; he is a true professional - knowledgeable, supportive, accurate, super friendly, etc. and a truly nice guy at the same time. We actually enjoyed the process because of his patience and good sense of humour. He was soooo pleasant. We stongly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda product.
