He ask for my keys and told me to go to the lounge have coffee and a breakfast then he will let me know when they are done. Had my breakfast and coffee before you know it my car was done . A so so experience They were 3 days late getting my car back to me and couldnt find it when I went in to pick it up. The guy Jessie also charged me more than we originally agreed on, but he wasn't around for me to dispute it with so my choice was to suck up the extra couple of hundred bucks or just get my car out of there. I also own an Audi and I get much much MUCH better service there than I did here (brought in my Cadillac SUV for service). My next SUV won't be GM product for sure. Driver side interior door was filthy too. Guy's greasy hand marks all over it. They didn't bother to wash or clean the car either. More

The Sunfire is originally a BC car and was cared for with kid gloves by my father-in-law, and the staff at City is committed to continuing to provide that same high standard of care. Service reps Goran and Chris are true professionals -- efficient, courteous, and honest. They both show a genuine interest in their customers as people and try their utmost to give nothing but full satisfaction. As well, they strike the right balance between ensuring both the necessary repairs and preventive maintenance are done within an economical budget for a vehicle almost 20 years old. Our most recent visit was for a winter tire swap, multi point inspection, wheel alignment and a minor repair.
