He promptly notified me when they arrived. York Electronics was extremely slow at replacing the unit and took at least 3 1/2 hours to perform their work. I expected 1 to 1 1/2 hours maximum as I could have replaced it myself in 2 hours. Not satisfied with York Electronics but was satisfied with my service advisor who apologized for the length on time. I told Goran that I realized that this was not under his control. More

Horrible services Horrible services. I went there for water leak when it rains on the front passenger side floor mat. I booked an appointment on Fri at 11am, I was left Horrible services. I booked an appointment on Fri at 11am, I was left a message NOT to come at 9 which was incredibly inconvenient as I made plans that day Around the appointment but it happens so I let it go. I was told to come on Mon morning to drop it off instead. I arrived at 1030 & was told car will be looked at 2.5 hrs top and will call me. 3 hrs went by didn't' hear anything so I called my services adviser ONLY to tell me they didn't even look at my car yet & will do it tomorrow HUGE problem no car, but I agreed bc I needed to fix the problem. I called next day at 1030, they DIDN'T Call me!, SERVICE adviser informed me that the leak was coming from the sunroof which is a total xx , bc leak was happening by the passenger door. They ended up charging me $280 2 hrs labor for doing xxxx ALL!! PLus he wanted me to keep car with them to " FAN IT OUT " or change carpet for so much much additional cost bc carpet was wet ! i obviously refused to be an idiot and get charged MORE! More
