With several years of banking experience he knows the ropes and got everything in place in timely, professional manner; the follow up call the night of the purchase to let us know we were approved and subsequent follow up calls to finalize the purchase. Some dealerships I have been in treat customers differently if you are not buying a new car, but not here - Charlesglen treats you well regardless of what type of vehicle you are buying! In particular, with the used vehicle, some issues had arisen with the engine shortly after purchase and they took care of it immediately.
