As well as being very knowledgable pre-sale Kate was helpful and patient after the sale when I needed some features repeated. I very much appreciated the full hour demo when I picked up the vehicle. All the features of the vehicle were explained and they helped me synch my phone and pre-programmed favourite radio stations. Love the attention to detail! More

Toyota Experence My wife and I visited Toyota Charlesglen with the intention of buying out our leased 2013 Corolla. We met with Mr Lund in the Leasing Department who My wife and I visited Toyota Charlesglen with the intention of buying out our leased 2013 Corolla. We met with Mr Lund in the Leasing Department who showed us the pros and cons of buying out or leasing a 2018 vehicle. I took the 2018 vehicle for a test drive and was impressed with the safety features and design of the new corolla. Needless to say we decided to lease the 2018 Corolla. We found the financing process quick and efficient. The staff at this dealership very efficient and friendly. The delivery coordinator is hilarious and makes you feel at ease. More

Tyler Medland, my salesman was beyond my expectations. He listened to my needs and spent a lot of time with him helping me to choose the right vehicle. He spent time teaching me the operating features in the car and under the hood, making this whole purchasing process so simple. He was there 2 days later for the delivery of my new car and stayed late while I received my car. He called me a few days later to see how I was doing. He operates on integrity - he does what he says he will do. Nice and easy, no pressure Came in during snowstorms for both visits for test drives. Both times the Highlander was warmed up and ready to go.
