I was greeted by Dan Wilson in the service department who was very friendly and helpful. After checking my vehicle in, he asked if I was interested in purchasing winter tires; of which I am extremely grateful that he did as I didn't think about it. I had never purchased winter tires for any other vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the service I received with both Paul Gorsline for the purchase and Dan Wilson in the service dept. and would would highly recommend Charlesglen Toyota. More
