Hi David, Thank you for reading and replying. Yes Tim talked to me on the phone the other day and apologized. I guess I am disappointed and kind of insulted more than anything because I only wanted options seeing as the car Jeanette ordered me was not going to be released or ready any time soon. I'm not sure what they would have done for me had I not insisted getting the show room car that I had first wanted. Jeanette never apologized nor said thank you for your business.I feel like she wanted to get rid of me and that's why she told me to take a cab on the day I was to come in. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I purposefully chose Charlesglen due to your high reviews as customer service is important when dealing with such large purchases. It wasn't what I expected, although some of the staff there do seem to care about customers which is appreciated at the end of the day.
