When I initially came in for service with my son, William, Mark spoke to him and still asks about him years later (that's when I had my first Camry). He must meet a couple of hundred people every month, but he still remembers my son! Mark is always professional, and helpful. He really knows the vehicles, because when I ask questions, he always knows the answers and explains everything. More

Shuttle Timings versus Service Timings I was picked up from my residence that is less than 10-minutes from the dealership at 2:15 p.m. My 2013 Tacoma was scheduled to be ready at 3:00 p.m. I was picked up from my residence that is less than 10-minutes from the dealership at 2:15 p.m. My 2013 Tacoma was scheduled to be ready at 3:00 p.m. (no problem). In the event, the truck was not ready until 3:45 p.m. So I wasted what proved to be nearly two hours on a very busy day. More

Poor Shuttle Service Out of the three dealerships I have had my Toyota vehicle serviced at, this is the worst location. Appreciating that operating a shuttle service can b Out of the three dealerships I have had my Toyota vehicle serviced at, this is the worst location. Appreciating that operating a shuttle service can be difficult in a city such as Calgary, the communication between the Service Advisors, Shuttle Service Desk and Drivers is poor at best. Their shuttle drivers are friendly and seem to do their best with what information or guidance they are given. I have been told they are in the process of adding a fourth driver but I fail to see how that will solve their problem of poor communication. I would advise against using this dealership for servicing if you are going to be reliant on their shuttle service. More
